Best Japanese restaurant we have been to in QLD so far. Highly recommended!
***Update. Just been back. Still awesome! I wish I could give more than 5 stars, the especially for the service. Our server was very polite and professional. He couldn't have been more helpful.

I really enjoyed this place! It had a lovely atmosphere with super friendly staff! The food was also delicious and I found the serving sizes very generous. Also they had a robot waiter which I thought was very cool! Definitely will be coming back for another nice dinner.

Been there quite a few times with my family and the food has always been fresh and tasty. Sushi’s are amazing and my daughter loves the little robot serving the dishes. Staff are professional and friendly. We will keep coming back.

Ginga is my regular place for good Japanese food. I love that the menu is mainly just plain, traditional Japanese food - no fusion. It's always fresh. The sushi is generous. There's a wide range of dishes - curry, noodles, dumplings, vegetarian options, and the rest. I never have to wait for long and the staff are friendly and efficient. There is a good choice of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Parking is easy, and it's suitable for families with children.

Loved this place! This is my favorite go to place. Food is amazing, the ambience is lovely and great customer service.
They have cute robot to deliver your food too.

Impressive restaurant, food was delicious and the menu has a lot of different Japanese options. I love the robot that serves your food, it is a great attraction and it’s fun to see it roam the restaurant delivering food. Staff are all friendly and really effective. Great experience and I hope to be back soon!!

Wonderful traditional Japanese cuisine accompanied by excellent service. All our meals were well presented, tasty and fresh. The quantity and price was excellent. There will be a next time and you should definitely try it too.

29/04/23 Return visit and it was again a pleasure to dine here. My go to Japanese Restaurant in Brisbane.

They have lifted their game recently.
The prices, quality and service, they match up.
The waiters, Dan and another one (he maybe a supervisor or a manager?), they recognise you if you return.

Sushi for me is fantastic against $! Taste, size and flavour will make you forget how much you are paying for.
I ordered a vego noodle soup without noodles. They gave me extra veges and tofu.

4 stars for food because of some tapas+dim sim food. Many of them are pre-made frozen food.

Over all, I'm still hungry for more.

Impressive Japanese themed 👏 restaurant from top to bottom. Excellent friendly helpful and service with a smile. Large array selection of authentic Japanese dishes as well as beverages. We had three Octopus 🐙 sashimi and examined for entree. The Octopus tentacle sashimi had that beautiful smoky flavour was tender and beautifully seasoned. It was a delight to eat. I've never eaten Octopus before. Then we had the salmon Bento box 🍱 and wagyu Bento box 🍱. Huge servings, great food presentation, fresh ingredients, full of flavours. Always a first robot driven that delivers your food to your table. Overall, I had an excellent dining experience at this wonderful restaurant. Highly recommended ✨ ✨✨🎊🎊 Would definitely come back.

So much fun! The cat robot that serves you totally makes the experience unique. Prices are reasonable and service was good. Was a little disappointed with the Wagyu dish because Japanese restaurants usually do that so well but everything else was delicious. Bit of a walk to the toilets if you need them but that is out of the restaurant’s hands I guess.

Me and my partner absolutely love coming here!, we always end up spending way to much money , but to be honest it's hard not too because we cannot get enough of the food and drinks, staff are always amazing and friendly... Sorry for the late review as we've been coming here occasionally over the past year or so.

Amazing food with good value. We loved the robot waiter and ordering off iPads. A little bit dark in restaurant but would still highly recommend!

I go there all the time. Best Japanese restaurant in the valley. Reasonable price with quality of food. They deliver quite good service as well.

Love this place. Come for the lunch specials. It's nice to be served by Japanese people and get dishes that are closely reminded to Japan's quality.

Got the Chicken Katsu Curry. The chicken was fresh and perfectly crunchy and definitely the best katsu chicken I've had outside of Japan. The curry sauce was hot and tasted good but needed more salt. One of the best katsu curry's in Brisbane for sure.

The robot waiter is a cute gimmick. The menu is diverse. My only complaint is that the servings are too big so I can't try a lot of different things as a solo diner.
