Loot Redcliffe is an amazing store.. Mark, Robbie and Kylie are a great team. I bought a bowl from Loot, and when I got home I realised there was a chip on the edge. Not living close by, I messaged the store telling them about my issue. Kylie could not have been more helpful. I feel she went out of her way to help me get a replacement without me having to travel back to the store. Her service was prompt and her kindness was wonderful. The day we did visit the shop Mark and Robbie were lovely, specially allowing our 18 year old dog into the store to say hello. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart...
