Rhys Hamilton from Whittles, along with his team in Brisbane have provided us with excellent service and support with our property over a number of years now. Always approachable and knowledgeable in relation to strata matters, Rhys has helped us navigate the challenges of body corporate matters and I highly recommend him.

Approximately one year back, Rhys Hamilton of Whittles took over as the Body Corporate Manager of our building – a 27-unit apartment block in Brisbane. Our experience with Rhys so far has been fantastic! Taking over from a very disorganised previous manager (plus having our building being affected by the 2022 floods), Rhys has helped us get everything back up and running and all our books in order.

He has always been clear in his communication, patient when we do not understand legislation etc, respectful, prompt with replying to calls/messages (sometimes responding after-hours too!) and has helped us from insurance claims to numerous tradesmen quoting and working on our building to even providing numerous solutions that we would not have ordinarily considered.

This is my second year on the committee of the body corporate
of the Glenefer Gardens complex in Runcorn - this year as chairman, so I have had considerable interaction with Whittles over that time. Although Whittles has been Glenefer's BC manager for quite a few years so my exposure to the services they provide has gone back some time.

My limited experience means I have no other BC managers to directly compare Whittles to, but I would like to highly recommend them based on the high quality, comprehensive services which they have been providing to Glenefer Gardens - be it financial, secretarial or general support and guidance.

In particular, Aleksandra Drapinska and her staff have always provided prompt, comprehensive and relevant responses to correspondence on all matters.
