Hain Accounting

Lovely group.
Had a small tax return needing to be done as I had just gotten back into work after being unemployed (becoming a parent) got my tax done quickly and was so easy.
No stress what so ever.
I was told they are overpriced and not worth it go to someone who does a quick and easy return. But hain accounting charged not even that much more than others. and I was just really happy with their service.

I have always struggled with accountants feeling too far removed from the real world to explain and guide me with all things 'Pty Ltd accounting'. Boyd and his team were incredible - they were very patient, informative, and clever with what they did, and made sure to explain it all at each step of the way. I won't go anywhere else ever again- I'd give them six stars if I could!

Went in to ask for some advice as I was very unsure of how to set up an ABN and the lady was super rude and looked down her glasses at me, I explained I just needed some advice and understood she couldn't give me free advice and said I was happy to pay I just needed help understanding i
how it worked.

I honestly walked out in tears. How can someone be so rude and heartless. Shame on you. I just wanted advice.
