Corn Street Cafe

Another of those great little suburban cafes dotted throughout the city. Selection of the usual treats and breakfast options, plus nice coffee. Fast and friendly service, indoor seating or outside under the footpath awning. On street parking around the corner, or if you take public transport, bus stops a few doors down.

Enjoyed everything about this rustic homestyle cafe with a distinct Mexican/ middle Eastern twist. Food would be my number one tick. My menemen, which is essentially Turkish style eggs, came to the table bubbling & delicately spiced. Breakfast tacos also another big tick. Coffee came in beakers & was on point. Pets are welcomed & have their own menu another tick

First time back since the recent refurb. The space has been transformed with a lovely island/ shared dining space plus additional separate tables.

Still offers well executed coffees and the fantastic addition of a cabinet of sweet treats, savouries and salads that would grace any meal.

Great brunch find on a public holiday! Fabulous food - tasty and presented beautifully. Loved the vibe and staff friendly. Highly recommended and we will be back!

Food was lovely, just a bit bland with the decor - would benefit from some atheistic visually. We had booked a table inside a week prior due to the heat wave but had to sit outside due to a table with children going over their time that was the only down fall. Owner was lovely

Go to Corn Street pretty much every week. Food is really good. The food is full of flavour and they have lot's of options to drink including juices, coffee, beer, and wine. Would really recommend breakfast tacos for brekkie and the moraccan lamb skewers for lunch and dinner. Crossiants and pancakes good for kids. I love this place. I really recommend going.

Great suburban cafe. Visited on our way to Enoggera Dam. Food was delicious, and they have a decent amount of beers & cocktails options as well.

Great food, great atmosphere! A happily discovered gem. Can't recommend the simple menu enough. Execution was perfect, flavours superb.

The meals are like eating breakfast in a 5 star hotel. Quirky, tasty and very reasonably priced for what you get. We will be back

The food is always full of flavour and lovely and fresh, and the babychinos are an absolute work of art!

I first went to this place when it was known as Macho Macho & I was happy with everything that it represented.

I was pleasantly surprised when I found out that the owners have now renamed this place Corn Street.

I'm very happy to now be able to write a review & say that the changes that have taken place have been fantastic.

Always found that they had great Customer Service, that hasn't changed.

Menu has been updated & offers a wonderful range of foods to suit most people's choices.

Coffee is just as good, if not better than on my last visit.

Plenty of adequate seating is available inside & there is some seating available outside the Corn Street Cafe.

Limited street parking is available. However, there is some underground parking available just down the road.

Wanted to edit our review since new management has taken over. Still 5 stars. My partner and I come here so often. The new staff are so pleasant. Charlie always greeting us with a smile. Menu is great and has lots of options. Such a cozy place and we love coming here with our baby :)

Great coffee and milkshakes, my bacon egg roll was perfect and my friend loved her salad. Lovely chilled out venue and friendly staff, we will definitely be back!

The new fit out is spacious and comfortable. Food is basic but done very well. Really enjoyed the coffee here, I’d almost go as far as saying it’s one of the nicest coffees I’ve had in the area!! 👍🏻
