Lantern Lane

This hidden gem called Lantern Lane is located inside Stockland Earlville Shopping Centre 🛍 Once inside Lantern Lane it takes you into Japan, with lanterns drapped across the roof and shop fronts inspired by this beautiful culture. There are four shops currently open in this laneway and all serve true to there culture cuisine. Which is so delicious and served with love. Eating inside the Lantern Lane takes you away from the busyness of the Shopping Centre. The environment is true to Japanese style and culture. It is a must visit location for food and atmosphere.

Today my husband and I had an annual leave day and had a few errands to run. We stopped for a bite to eat at Kobe Dining, and OMG, it was so tasty.
We both had pork and kimchi, and extremely satisfied with the taste. Mood was great, it was 11am, nice and quiet, reminded of us just being in Thailand, eating at the street markets! Pleased and recommend 👌

Best Japanese food in Cairns so far.

The attention to detail with the asthetics and ambience are outstanding. A great place to visit night or day, family friendly with an excellent range of affordable Asian cuisine. Happy days ❤

LOVE this place!!!! The Hot & Spicy Noodle Soup w/ Pork is simply delicious. Fantastic Dumplings and easy on the wallet. Fast and friendly service. My new Go-To for a quick and easy lunch now😊

Absolutely delicious! We had ramen, fresh tuna, fresh salmon, karaage, gyoza, bubble pearl and Vietnamese iced coffee. All were amazing and each stall had very friendly staff. Very affordable. Definitely recommend for tourists and locals.

Kobe Dining (used to be Don Doko) is one of, if not my favourite places to eat. Some of he best Asian food in cairns at an unbeatable price, its a must if you like Japanese cuisine. Can't say for the other restaurants in there I have yet to try them out, but I hear they're on par.

P.s - try the crunchy chicken with soft egg, has been me and my mates go to for years and never fails to please.

Kobe Dining is my favourite! Their #2 Teriyaki Chicken is the best, always perfectly cooked with generous portions. Owners are super friendly 😍

There’s a bar at the food court! Lantern Lane is comprised of five, locally owned and operated kiosks, each with its own authentic options.

You will have no shortage of choices, with available cuisines including Vietnamese, Thai, Japanese, Korean and Chinese barbecue.

Lantern Lane also boasts it's own Yes Co. Bar.

Love it. Love the atmosphere. Love the food. Love the service. It does feel like you get transported from a shopping centre to a side food street in japan.

Great idea for cairns Stockland, open day . Great aroma in our own backyard . There is alcohol with yes co !!! Early days this review will be revised.

Love it!!!! Our own little China Town 😀. Great food, great prices, great staff, even a bar... what else could you ask for?

Absolutely what the Southside of Cairns needs; a fun and funky asian food court that doesn't feel like you're in a shopping center.

Very wallet friendly, Korean street had a $ 10 lunch special Dumplings and noodle soup which were both good for the price 🙂
