Fantastic service! It was wonderful working with Carl. He supported me through probably the most insane first home buying experience. Long story short but, very unfortunately, the owner of the property I was under contract for passed away during the contract period and I was left waiting for the owner’s estate to settle. During this time, Carl accommodated my many requests to access the property to have checks and measurements done and was excellent with communicating between me and the owners family on the progress of settlement. Carl helped us in purchasing our first home, which was quite daunting.
We were so grateful to have had Carl as the realtor, his kind, calm and transparent approach made the whole process so much easier. He provided so much advice which helped move the process along and made us feel much more comfortable.

Extremely patient with a complex sale

Carl was fabulous in sorting out my remote and post-separation property sale. He was happy to meet with my parents - who said he "seemed like a good bloke" and they couldn't have been more correct.

Despite me being 1500km away and having to negotiate with both me and my ex-partner (separately), once it got moving, the sale couldn't have been smoother. Carl kept me informed every step of the way, but just got on and did what needed to be done. We got an excellent price and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to sell your property by the bay.

I first met Carl when I started renting in the local area. He took care of our rental property and made sure we were well taken care of during our tenancy.
