Very welcoming staff! There were quite a few on and all were lovely! I used to work in retail and its hard to come across such great service when shopping. I'm all about great customer service. I'm sure the lill dragon I bought will make a lill boy happy. Thanks again xx

Very large shopping centre with a variety of shops selling hundreds of discounted items. Only problem is that the car park is not large enough however it is fairly easy to access by public transport.

Don't shop here, they overcharge you and the store assistants give you attitude. Both the Asian girl and blonde girl are rude. They overcharged me and when I went back the Asian girl was unapologetic and frustrated. The blonde girl was annoyed because I found the last pair of shoes and there was no price, she told me it would take 20 minutes because she had to go through EVERY single pair of shoes online as if she was doing me a favour. I had a funny feeling after I paid for everything that she had done something and to my surprise she had scanned something twice, no apology no nothing when I went back, to top things when I went back I got attitude, like it was my fault. Worst service ever. Hire some professional staff.

With a stink attitude and sending us out the door is totally ridiculous. When we said we will complain and try to took the shop photo. She was so rude and said we can't take photos. Such lies because so many people does it.

Situation was that my mom was buying clothes for my kids. With her limited English she managed to buy the items. Which was not 50 percent off from the 50 percent rack. So I tried to get a refund this is when the problem lies. They won't let us get a refund n only can get store credit. My mom was looking at the 50 percent rack with no assistance for 20mins which clearly she did not want to help. Than I had a important phone call so my mom tried to paid. Not knowing there was no 50 percent at all.

So I spoke up. The manager didn't do anything and stay quiet.

This so call customer service specailist in a family clothing brand design for kids were so abusive.

Never again ever that we have been treated like this. I heard a smart remark when we walked off calling us bloody Chinese. So I went back and told them I will complain to head office. The manager was so scare she walked off n hide. While LEIGH-ANN was in totally rage control.

If you manage to bag a bargain in this store, good on you. Most of the clothes are make up stained or tiny sizes only (4s/6s). Then you have a half hour wait for the change room. Honestly, this store needs a reality check. At least stop trying to sell clothes that are wrecked and not worth the money.

Iam sorry but I work in retail. This was terrible. At least five people in store associate didn’t great any one. She had her phone out stood right next to counter picked up a pair of boots said to my friend these are really nice still nothing when I was right beside her. Would rather buy online on principal. Than have no service at all. Shocking.

Drove 30 minutes and the store isn’t even there anymore
