Pillow Talk Skygate

I called into the Skygate store on my way home from work today, instead of visiting my local Pillow talk store as I had planned on the weekend. What a beautiful store! Such a great size store, styled beautifully and so neat and tidy. I am shopping for items for a new beach house interstate, and Lee approached me and set me on the right track, offered many suggestions, explained all the promotions, offered so much decorating advice and tips. I could not thank him enough for his brilliant customer service, expert decorating suggestions and then he carried all of my bags to my car and loaded them in the boot! Lee is an absolute asset to this business, and I will only be shopping hereon at this location. Such a great unexpected pleasant shopping experience today!

The staff at Skygate are amazing!! I went there yesterday after calling the store to ensure an item was available. I didn’t realise that the store closed at 5.30pm and I arrived at 5.45pm! The gentleman was waiting for me and opened the doors so that I could purchase the item. I will definitely be shopping at Skygate again. Lee the store manager was amazing! He went above and beyond to help my partner & I style our new bed. He gave us an incredible discount on all items, he assisted us with colour choices and textures. If you need anything, bathroom, bedroom and living this store is a must visit, their staff are incredible and make the decisions that much easier.

Really well laid put store with easy access and plenty of nearby parking I can't fault the service - thank you to Bianca who walked me through all my options and made sure that I got great value for money. Bianca even helped me with carting my purchases to my car which I couldn't do on my own, you are an absolute gem!

Just wanted to give a shout out to Jenny and the team at Skygate For the lovely friendly service and personal touch on what was an extremely busy day recently. Jenny went above and beyond and we really appreciated her help.

Great service with knowledge. Was greeted within 10 seconds of walking in. Genuine nice service without overselling on anything, and wasn't hounded. Jack in particular helped me pick out some items for my home with his interior design knowledge and was only ever too happy to help. Will shop there again

Pillow Talk Skygate is an large airy, store. As most products look very similar in the store to the uninitiated it is recommended to get guidance from the "locals". The selection is good and the sales staff is very helpful. If the item is not on the shelf they can order it, and even redirect it to a store that is nearer to the residence.

Excellent customer service, every staff member we encountered today was friendly, engaging and happy to help us. Awesome selection of towels, furniture, rugs and bedding.

Huge store! Very well presented as its brand new. If you’re going to PT in Brisbane, this is the one you should go to
