I walked in here with my mum Friday the 31st. Not knowing what to expect, we are still talking about how amazing the service was by the lady who looked after is. I have struggled finding a bra to fit my whole life, she took one look got me to try one bra on and it fit perfectly! She was amazing and I hope she sees this and understands how thankful we are for her help. I will be coming back here from now on!

Highly recommend, Marlena and Alex provide excellent customer service and Simone Perele products are well worth the cost. Personally would not look at any other brand in the future.

I feel sorry for those who have had a negative experience. and recommend they give the store another go. I have been shopping with this particular store for nearly 5 years now. Each time I go in the ladies have always been kind and professional. They go out of their way to look for things I might like (and I am on the larger 16 cup size so it isn't an easy task). The fittings have never been wrong, and the ladies have always been honest even when I think it fits they will disagree and explain why. They also have been helpful to my daughter when she goes in, even on a uni budget they look in the sales areas first. Because of their custoemr service first and the lovely product 2nd is why I go back. I am under no incentive for my review, they would not recognise me if I walked in the door. I am just old fashioned when it comes to service and won't hesitate to walk if I don't get it.. A lot of stores in DFO could learn something from these ladies, who I never refer to a snooty.

Have been shopping at this store for a number of years now. Have always had a great experience. Ladies are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Have visited the Simone Perele store in Paris and these ladies are by far more professional and helpful.
