DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! If I could leave 0 stars I would! This place is absolutely disgusting! The service that I received was unimaginable. I came in to get acrylic nails and I showed the lady the reference photo and she said she could do it. She was so rough with my nails! She ended up filing my skin off and she kept telling me to “relax my arm”. It was impossible for me to relax because she used the file on my knuckle! When I told her I wasn’t happy with it, she insisted that I pay Full price even though she didn’t get past filing my nails aka skin! I told her that I appreciate her service but it was a PAID service so if the customer isn’t happy she should listen! She had the audacity to ask where’s the blood?! I demanded the nails to be removed and asked for her to soak it off. She flat out refused and she used the acrylic tips to remove them. It wasn’t until my nails were bleeding then she realised and decided to soak it off! I just payed the removal fee because I wanted to get out of that disgusting atmosphere! Honestly speaking I shouldn’t have paid for anything! The photo I attached is how I walked out of the salon! Never coming here again!

One lady was friendly, but cut into skin. The other one quite unfriendly. Nails weren’t done very nicely and my Mothers basic manicure didn’t even hold for an hour - it wasn’t dried properly. My French tips were not done nicely either.

Dirty nail salon, went in for a gel manicure and the lady got gel all over my skin around the nail and made no attempt to remove it. Then filed my finished nails and took a lot of the gel off with it. Tried to ask her to fix it but she said it was fine and she had another customer to finish. Would not recommend, even if it’s cheap!!!

The lady was on her phone the whole time.

Put on a different color than what I selected.

Filed off the gel on the sides at the end. Left nail polished on fingers.

Do NOT waste your time and money here! They are so rude! You will not be satisfied with the outcome! Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND! With so many negative reviews you’d think they’d listen and do something about it! Absolutely disgusting!

Partner went to get her nails done, owner was extremely rude and displayed fowl sense of entitlement after saying my partner was 15 min late while her clock was clearly 15 minutes fast in comparison to our phones. Fix your attitude.

I’m not one to leave reviews but on this occasion I have to! The staff are so rude! They do not have any ounce of decency or customer service etiquette! Do not bother with this place! The owner is incredibly rude! I would be glad if they shut down!

Paid ridiculous amount for lashes, started falling out before i had even left the store. continued falling out all day! Returned to speak to owner about it who told me it was my fault. Not happy, will never return, don’t go here!

How do you have a nail salon but can’t handle no more than one customer at a time?! Waste of time

incredibly rude to customers, advertise nail repair for $5 on signage and then say they’ll charge $12 because original set wasn’t done by them, would not recommend

have previously had pedicure and waited beyond the stated wait time, only to be charged more than the advertised price
