I have used the Cushion Factory twice now to create a custom cushion for a window seat. Each time I have found their website easy to use in terms of uploading measurements. Huge choice of fabrics and the quality has been great both times. Very fast turnaround from ordering to delivery.

Hi team, I wanted to give you feedback on the amazing Sunbrella fabric. Our daybed that is outside now for 8 years, in all types of weather, hasn't changed it's colour! A fabulous product. Ofcourse the Urecel mattress is amazing, it dries out so quickly!

Excellent. The cushions are not cheap but they are very good value and worth every cent. The consultant (Carolyn) was very helpful and patient. The ordering process was easy. The cushions were delivered earlier than promised, and Cushion Factory provides great visibility about the process and progress of your order. The fabric and construction are perfect. I ordered both cushion covers using the old stuffing and full cushions with new stuffing. The covers are a perfect fit, and the new cushions are far more comfortable than the originals. I would happily use Cushion Factory again.

Easy to order custom measurements of cushions on line. Cushions receive made to correct measurements and very professional finish. Had to speak to operator re delivery costs as I live in rural Qld and she was great to deal with and also helped with my questions about the product. Highly recommend

We needed new covers for our outdoor lounge cushions so we went in with one of the old ones as a sample. Carolyn was very helpful with all the info and very knowledgeable about the various fabrics. She measured up the cushion and 6 weeks later the supplied covers fit like a glove.
The fabric is beautiful and we are very happy.

Custom made bench cushions and a few decorative cushions ordered. Bit overwhelming choosing colours as so many different fabrics to choose from! Much easier to go into store to look at fabrics and different foam heights before ordering. Cost is not cheap but fit perfectly for 2.7 x 2.4m bench, size of these cushions are not available in other stores. Did take about a month to receive order due to all orders custom made.

What a great way to refresh your old outdoor lounge! We considered buying a new lounge and then came across the Cushion Factory. It was nothing but professional service with a great quality product. They even had some great ideas like having different patterns on each side of the cushions so we could change the look of our lounge when we felt like it. I would highly recommend them.
