First of all their staff were so nice (very friendly to the customers).
And their rates were quite low and reasonable than other stores 👌

First time I visited this store I was surprised at the difference in price of the vapes to any other store. I could get 2 for the price of 1 here. Next time I went back I bought 4. The first one was ok but when I opened the 2nd one it seemed to be leaking and wouldnt work. So I opened the 3rd and it's also ok. I want to take the faulty one back but the reviews leave me wondering about customer satisfaction.

Today I took the faulty vape back and the gentlemen replaced it with a new one without a problem. The customer service at this store is excellent and I don't know what the other reviews are on about but don't be misled by them this place is where I'll be going back to get my vapes & tobacco.

Great vustomer service - Very helpful and knowledgeable. Really great range of products, from vape stuff & tobacco to smoking accessories (being a ghi-abc0 consumer 4life, I appreciate the wide variety of pipes, cleaning stuff, mull'rs, etc) and also a really impressive range of lighters, multi-tools, display-blades and utility knives (certainly appeals to the collector & outdoorsm'n in me). I could say more but there's no need.. Other than to say that blueberry raspberry grape slush is a legendary treat
