Rise and Bake Brasserie

So close to a 5 star experience!

My only 2 complaints is that the food had too much of the wrong sauce. (Should have more hollandaise and less of the vinegary sauce.)

And seating was confusing as I was expecting to be welcomed and seated based on the way the front menu is presented. (That may be my mistake however.

A great new cafe at the Woolworths end of Cairns Central. Big, spacious, generous fitout with good-sized tables and comfy chairs. We came mid-afternoon to shop and it was great to have a good quality coffee and cake before heading to the shops. We loved our muffin, and it looks like the bread is popular as they were fully sold out by 2pm. Can’t wait to come back.

I love love love this place. I normally order the Strawberry or Banoffee gourmet crepes and they’re delicious every time. Today however I went to a friends birthday and they went with the HIGH TEA option. It was very yummy, we got an assortment of sweet and savory items and then on top of that, a lemon crepe! My lemon lime and bitters was also included in the cost. Service was amazing.

We visit Cairns Central at least 1-2 times per week & always call into Rise and Bake Brasserie, as always food / snacks / desserts & drinks always delicious with fantastic friendly service. Menu prices very reasonable.

Booked the high tea and honestly was the most beautiful experience. Everything was perfect. I felt like royalty. Would 110% recommend to everyone.

Fantastic! Whether is quick take away or dine in nothing is a hassle here! Fantastic food, great friendly service and they support local grown coffee which is soo good! Been coming to all 3 stores for many years and I've never left feeling disappointed! Highly recommend Rise and Bake!

I must say this place is well worth a visit. As a cealiac you are always on edge with the food when eating out. But no problems with these guys as they are very understanding. The buckwheat crepes were just divine. I also wanted a caramel milkshake they were on the ball and said their normal flavour is not Gluten Free but out of their way and went to the front Cafe coffee part and got the real syrup caramel flavouring. So great food great service and knowledgeable staff. So why are you still reading this get yourself down there for a great feed. Oh and very reasonable prices the portions are generous. Thank you to the team at Rise and Bake Cairns Central for helping me celebrate my 70th birthday so perfectly! We enjoyed a delicious and beautifully presented high tea. None of us could fault the quality of the food, the service and value for money. I can definitely recommend high tea at this venue.

This is a very good cafe. Fresh food, a top brand of coffee and very prompt and polite service.

Food are nice, fresh, however the benedict a bit oily.

Stopped in for lunch and was not disappointed. Amazing food which was made even better by the fantastic service we received from Toni. The front chef guy was under the pump but handled it very well, getting our food out promptly. Will be back again for the ripper food and fantastic conversation. Thanks Toni.

My husband really enjoyed the egg benedict+bacon here, crapes were yummy, and a beautiful coffee! Staff are always nice and kind.

Excellent food, great service. The coffee is AMAZING. And you stock Oat Milk which is a big plus for me. Quite busy but always do a good job. I love to bring my friends here, but its great for solo brunch :)

The staff are friendly and they are always ready to help their customers. The food is something new, fresh and beautiful. All menus are not boring.
There are many types of bread and cakes.
Also, the coffee is real. They do their best and make coffee with all their heart. It is the best place to enjoy with friends and family. If you are looking for something special, I recommend this place.
It will be present a time of relaxation for you.
I am proud that this place is in Cairns.

Frequent here with the family and have only had positive experiences. This local business is one we will continue to support. Tasty food, good service and very quick to order and eat.

The service is great and the food is amazing, my favourite is is the double smoked ham, mushrooms, cheese and egg.
Also Nutella, banana, almonds and Chantilly cream.

Yesterday i had creamy mushrooms so good i ordered them today..today they were even better.less balsamic and more creamy.well plated and no overkill of greenery.perfect.
