I rent a property from this agent. This agent is NOT PROFESSIONAL at all. I have called their emergency number during the weekend. They never answer my emergent call on time.
I was international student before, I have provided all the information and term deposit when I applied for my property. they thought I could not afford the rent and asked me pay 3 months rent initially. I rejected their request. I have reported my dryer didn’t work since I moved in. It took them a year to repair my dryer.
I will never rent their property again. Think twice if u wanna rent their properties.
They only think about their profits and they don’t care about your rental experience.
