Amazing shop - very knowledgeable staff particularly a female staff member who was so helpful with furniture restoration. Before and after photos using porters chalk emulsion 50/50 mix with water. So easy to use.

Really know their product.Great customer service & huge range of products,easy parking too.

First time at this store. Spoke to a young fella called Luke. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. Some outside the box thinking and was focused to make sure I walked out with the info I required.

Quick Service. And only place that had stock.!.
Friendly staff that helped out in a number of ways.
Even while waiting other staff members asked if there was any thing else I needed or they could do.
I needed spay can paint made up. I knew what I needed so I gave them a code. 10 mins later my order was ready.
Good Work With a good selections of products there.
It was my first Trip to the shop But have already Recommended it to a few people. I asked about a trade account and found that i can create one on there website fairly easy.

So i googled Porterspaints local and Inspirations popped up, rang them to ensure the code on a used tin was available and told yes. So i googled directions and met Johnathon who had served me on the phone. We exchanged chat of the job and he mixed the paint. Enquired of best roller to use plus some bibs and bobs(paint talk). A successful outing alas Johnathon wasn’t able to help me apply the paint. ;)

Great service. It was a most rewarding experience to have found staff who know what they are talking about- know their product. Well worthy of the 5 stars.

I was so impressed with the friendly and happy to serve staff. I had a small job and needed some special paint and advice. Chris was more then happy to provide me with the service and advice I needed. All the staff went the extra mile to ensure that I got exactly what I needed in a timely manner when there was a hiccup with the tints available. ALso appreciated them having the full range or Porter's Paints. Highly reccomend this business.

Outstanding Service. Called into to pay for paint for our unit, and very impressed with the service. Im a novice DIY painter and I find that they are an incredibly helpful and friendly team that make me feel like a VIP no matter how busy they are. They are full of knowledge and make sure I have everything that I need to complete my painting projects. Their customer service is exceptional which is why I keep coming back

Inspiration Paint in Nerang is easy to find, has good parking and is everything you would want from a paint shop. I am not a professional so I need all the help I can get. These guys are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. They offer information without overstepping the bounds and being in your face.
Join the club and the prices are then extremely competitive. But the bang for you buck comes with the knowledge and helpfulness.
Chris was the person serving me and he is and was a gem. Well done.

Fantastic service from Drew, was willing to spend the time that was needed to help work out what I needed to do what I want to do. Most importantly he listened then offered suggestions! Great shop layout they would have everything you need, keep up the great work.

We were recommended to go to Inspirations Paint at Nerang by our house painter.
On arrival into the store we were acknowledged and eventually served by Andrew Penny.
We informed Andrew as to our paint requirements, he provided good advice and recommendations for our job being it was our own property.
Once our order was completed and tinted as per our requirements, Andrew had no hesitation in offering to load all those heavy paint containers into our vehicle.
I guess he took one look at us and immediately decided that we were going to have great difficulty loading our vehicle with all that paint.
Having been in Retail Executive Management for well over 35 years, I have to say that at least to us, we were very happy to have been served and advised by Andrew as he came across as a Genuine Honest Customer Sales & Service Assistant.
We would very strongly recommend that if you want to experience what we did that is Great Product Knowledge & Service, Competitive Prices, then look no further then Inspirations Paints at Nerang and hopefully you will be served by Andrew.
