I received very helpful service from Chloe M at the Nerang store on 24/4/24. I had difficulty transferring jpegs to a file to print and Chloe kindly walked me through every step, and found ways around the different file formats we had. Highly recommend her service and manner as a young person. Thanks Chloe.

Have always had a great experience at this store. Was recently helped by a lovely young lass with a refund on a defective Chromecast despite it being purchased over a month ago (I recently moved and I didn't get around to setting it up for a few weeks).

Plus the girl at the print station was more than happy to laminate my A4 poster on the spot. That said, $2.50 to laminate one page is a bit steep!

I really like the new printer/scanner/copiers with built-in EFTPOS terminal. Although one larger document scan didn't email, fortunately I also copied it to my flash drive.

Anytime I've asked for help the staff have always been friendly and eager to assist. Keep up the good work 👍

I had great service today at the Nerang Store, both Dallas and Miak were so knowledgeable and helpful and went out of their way to help me. I would certainly shop there again.

The staff are great and are more than happy to help you out in looking for the things you need. Even if the store is extremely busy, they will find a way to help you or at least attend to your needs!

Best experience, lively young man Lachlan went way & beyond to help me & my hudband to choose a phone that was right for us. This young man was so respectful, curtious and lovely.

I had a great experience this (Saturday) morning. After the dramas of the Square faults yesterday we then also needed new hardware. Ordered click and collect at 7am and received a message at 745 (before store was open) to say it would be ready to collect when the store opened. Sure enough it was, I got out of the store at 8.02 and we only missed half an hour of eftpos sales. Service was great and so seamless. Nice job guys, I don’t often do reviews 👍

All office works are great but Nerang has the best service. Today I was helped by Dallas (young guy with glasses) regarding a computer monitor and he was awesome. Thank you.

The chap that served me had an excellent knowledge of the product I'd read about. He obligingly took me straight to it and explained how to use it. I'm taking my battery bank overseas Friday and I really appreciated his helpfulness.

I was very lucky. Phil helped me with my stock query when I called and thank goodness he advised me of the sheer size of the printer I wanted which enabled me to swap cars with my husband as mine would have been too small. Then Phil was there to meet me at the store and talked me through everything as well as helped me to the car with this behemoth of a printer! 😂 Great experience here for me. See Phil!! 😊
