Alive Pharmacy Warehouse Mount Sheridan

I had to purchase some post op dressings for myself and had no idea what to look for. Sandra not only helped me with what I needed but she took such great care and pride and also gave me additional advice to care for my healing wound.
Being looked after by Sandra was a very pleasant experience, and I'll be certain to seek her advice in the future.

Just went to the Alive Pharmacy in Sheridan Plaza this morning and found the staff to be amazingly helpful and friendly.
Would highly recommend anyone and everyone to come to the pharmacy and receive wonderful service and to bring their business here into the future.
Their type of customer service is truly something unique in this day and age.

My wife and I use this pharmacy for all our prescriptions, plus cosmetics and hair products for my wife and contact lens products for myself. Except for prescriptions they give a discount on all other products to Mount Sheridan Plaza 50+ Club members. The staff are all very helpful and friendly, including the pharmacists, but a special mention goes to a lovely lady called Sarafina, who always 'goes above and beyond the call of duty' Overall this pharmacy is highly recommended.

Excellent happy pharmacy, the best I have been to in cairns. It was very busy but there are japanese staff available if you need and the people working there really try to help you and care for you (laughing and kindness). many other phamacy wouldnt help me and staff were rude. Thankyou!

I went in last Sunday to get a gift for my teenage daughter and the young lady at the register gave me great advice and was really helpful. Will definitely be coming here again , great service! 😸

I was surprised by the range at Alive Pharmacy! Will only be shopping at Alive Pharmacy from now on. Great to support local and independent businesses

Male pharmacist was completely ignoring us when asking advice regarding a medication for my daughter

Asked a blonde young lady what would be best for my 3 year he has coughing sneezing and fever for the last 2 weeks I received panadole but did not offer cough medicine and was quite rude when I asked for cough medicine and also quite rude throughout our interaction, stated other than pandole there is nothing we can do in a Karen way. overall experience, I will not be returning this store for advice on what might possibly help a 3yr old with said symptoms. Very disappointing

Avoid this pharmacy!!!! Absolutely rude staffs, ridiculous waiting time, waited for an hour for scripts. Being new to the pharmacy I asked this old lady whether there’s a best day to come that’s not so busy, simply replied I hope it’s always busy. Rocked up at the counter and asked another old lady, and got the same answer, stated I needed to pay, I replied “yes I will, considering I waited an hour for my script!” - Won’t be coming back!!!!!

Waited on hold for 20 minutes wanting to know if there were any Rapid Antigen tests available. Decided to just go in and check and the last one was sold in front of me and when I asked if they had any I was rudely told "You have to ring around and be quick"

Worst chain of pharmacies I have ever dealt with. Staff are rude and arrogant. There slogan should be 'Here at alive pharmacy we care more about what's in your pocket than your health'. I would never spend another cent in that pharmacy.

Terrible customer service, staff at the prescription counter and check out were very rude. I was the only person waiting for a script and it took them 15 minutes to dispense it due to the pharmacist chatting with others.

I tried phoning about directions for medications, but nobody would answer the phone. Not impressed, so I had to phone a different chemist to try and find out. The thing is I got the script from Mt Sheridan Plaza Pharmacy and they should at least answer the phone so I could find out the answer
