My family and I have been coming here for years. Michael and Maria are fantastic optometrists and the receptionists are always professional and welcoming. Could not recommend them enough

I really appreciated the help I got from the team here. Happy with the advice and service, which didn’t feel pushy or rushed. Will be returning and would recommend to my family for their annual checkups

Been coming to these guys for a few years. Michael and Maria truly look after their patients, and give them the best care and advice. Also the other staff working for them are very friendly and it's all these factors which makes me keep coming back. Keep up the great work guys!!

A mixed bag. I have had 2 spectacles made here, 2 years ago. The service was good. They were prompt and helpful, and Maria has been very professional with getting my eyesight tested. She got me contact lenses which I requested to test too. I was very happy to find a good optometrist.

About 2 weeks ago, I went to get a pair prescription sunglasses done, because of the trust I have in this company. It was estimated to arrive before Christmas. I called every week to check whether it is ready. When I called on Monday to check, the staff told me it will be ready on Friday. Hence I applied for a half day work on Friday, to collect my spectacles. I was happy. However the excitement turned to horror when I called to check if my sunglasses were ready, and it was not. I lost half a day of income because of this mistake.

I am feeling very bitter by this, and this may be the last time I am returning to this optometrist.

I was just a walk-in customer that just wanted bifocal glasses. After my first visit, I came back to pick up my glasses I noticed that the top lens was a bit blurry and the line of the bifocal was a tad high for my liking.

I asked them for two simple things. First if they can change the top lens of my bifocal glasses because I can see better without it.
And second if they can lower the second lens (the line of the lower reading part of my bifocal lens)
Because every time I use the glasses for work (whilst driving a bus ) the second lower part of the lens was obstructing my view every time I need look at the speedometer.

All I wanted was the line to be lowered at least 3 millimetres down so I don’t have to lower my head to read the speedometer

So third time I came back to explain my dilemma , after explaining and extending an olive branch to this guy that I need the lens to be clearer on top and to lower the lens on the bottom, he then agreed to change the top lens but just lower the lens only one millimetre

I was wondering why he was so dismissive to my request and it blew my mind why after I explained my needs he just said to his co-worker to lower the bottom lens to only one millimetre.

So I spent my money and used my private health fund to buy glasses that wasn’t tailored for my needs.
I’m glad I have a few months left for my private health to be eligible for another gap coverage.
I will definitely go to another establishment where my needs won’t be ignored.
(They were just simple and rational needs)

At least on my last visit the lady in there listened to my side but it’s too late. I have been put off by this dismissive guy.

Never again shall I visit this place especially when a pandemic is currently going on.
