Good layout and well stocked, bought some clothes here. Sizing on par with what it says on the label. Shop nice and clean and friendly staff

Once again visiting this store searching for Christmas suggestions on my list! Found what I was looking for after asking a staff member! Service was good too, only had to wait a short time to go thru the normal staffed register. I refuse to use self service! The branches are few and far between, which is annoying! Lots of driving!

The friendly and helpful staff are an absolute credit to the company. The abuse they experience almost daily from any number of lowlife "karens" but still smile and greet the next person with respect, is a true strength of character.
I've always found the store to be neat, tidy and usually has exactly what I need.
No doubt due to the fine work of the staff of course.
No matter how many million $$$'s a company is worth, the biggest asset is always the people.
Stay strong guys, their are more of us who appreciate and respect good customer service than thoes that don't.
Remember, it's the same people who abuse retail staff to feel better about themselves are the first to complain about self serve checkouts being unstaffed.

The store is very good with keenly price items. We often find keenly priced items here. Good parking under the shopping centre.

Friendly staff in a large store with a huge selection of quality products.

Just wanted to give a shoutout to Katrina today. A part of my laybuy got lost (can easily happen) and katrina went out of her way to go on the shop floor and find all of the missing toys. I cannot remember the other girls names who were also helping look for the laybuy but this was at 4pm on Monday the 27th of November. Great customer service! 🥰

This store is always immaculate, well merchandised, staff are super friendly & always very helpful.

The staff at this Big W are better than any other Big W I've ever been to. The young fella in the photo lab is super helpful and friendly. The greeters at the front door are all really helpful with directions. Check out staff have been great as well. Their check out registers are a bit fiddly so I tend to go more towards the normal check outs.

Holly @ the checkout gave me the best buying experience.
She has wonderful manners & a friendly positive attitude.
Big W should highly value this employee.
