The male check out server was amazing, quick, and polite. Store was ok.

Even though this Coles further away from my home I always go there 1st. I found the Staff and Management very courteous and helpful. On many occasions have helped me with the shopping to the car. Deeply appreciate what they do for their customers. Alex

Customer service still exists!
I believe Caitlyn (I had to ask her name off another staff member) in the deli. Amazing, friendly service even while clearly busy and on her own. Without slowing down she still managed to share a smile, a joke and some convo with each customer prior to getting to me (I note it didn't slow her down as being last InLine I would have noticed)

Please let this lady be the one to teach the young staff how to be with customers it very much seems to be a lost art

Great shopping centre, Coles as usual has lots of food items on offer. Check out the Jewellers for a good buy!

The staff here are so helpful.
The centre has decent parking which is always a bonus.

She was so friendly and a great asset to you guys.

I really like shopping here the guy that served me today 04/09/2021 at around lunch time in the 12 items or less check out is awesome he is always really friendly and super fast at serving you as a lot of the time I’m in a rush. Well worth his weight in gold just like all the other staff that work here. Plenty of parking in the complex which is a bonus as well.

today I purchased eggs and for the first time ever anywhere the Lady at the checkout was so wonderful to open the carton to check that none was cracked. I never had this experience by any other cashier before. Thumbs up from me. thank you. and she called me up even though she was closing the register. This Lady is a very valuable asset to Coles Beenleigh.

I usually shop at Woolworths in Mullumbimby, so it was nice to find all the shopping list on the shelves.
Will be swapping to Coles at Ocean Shores.

Look I actually slipped on a wet floor there I'm ok but that's twice there now. But it's not easy I guess to get to every issue in a store that big. Good staff and great value

This Coles is fantastic.. there's a large variety of products + the staff are amazing.. They are courteous,polite + extremely helpful..The aisles are nice + wide..There's plenty of disabled parking spots + it is in close proximity to public transport.. Also there are both disabled + "ordinary" toilets

Just popped in to buy a few items. Easy in and out, with the app telling me which aisles I needed to go to to get my items, I didn't have any communication with staff, but in the past, when I've needed any help, they were on the ball, and showed me where I needed to go.

This my favorite local supermarket. They always have stock of things I want and if they don't they are happy to give a raincheque if product is on special or price match a similar product. Staff are friendly and happy to help. Such a better supermarket compared to Woolworths and they don't charge for plastic bags 😋

Nice complex good variety of shops, clean and staff are very helpful. Clean and well stocked.
