I made a really unreasonable plee for shipping help late in the afternoon. Ashleigh didn't think I could get in the days shipping as it had already gone. Going over and above to save the day She somehow pulled a rabbit out of the hat and got our item picked, packed and into the shipping and like magic it arrived the following day to and interstate destination. Can't thank you enough Ashleigh, 1 happy girl off to Perth now with pants!

Exceptional, genuine customer service. Always have what I want and always give great recommendations if i need alternatives. Staff very friendly either over the phone or in the store. Their aim is to ensure you, their customer is happy which is such a refreshing thing in retail these days. Other stores could learn a lot from this business.

Always a great selection of gear but this story is about OUTSTANDING customer service. I ordered a pair of cleats on a Sunday night about 9pm. I got a note saying they were shipped by 10am the next day. I had ordered express post but they went normal post. When I mentioned this the staff apologised about a glitch in their system (we know this happens with computers all the time) they said they would refund the postage, which I was very happy with. I expected to get the difference between the express post and standard post BUT they refunded ALL the post - hence I got them free shipping. This was over and above and I thank the team at Red Stitches. Just awesome

I ordered a couple of things late last night to keep me busy in lockdown. I ordered after business hours and assumed that it would be a while before my items arrived. To my shock, everything I ordered was at my door the very next day and a refund had already been processed for delivery for spending over $100. Unbelievable service in the current environment. Can't recommend highly enough.
