This is a great underground accommodation that really makes you feel like you are living like the locals do. The rooms are very comfortable and the whole house is super clean - a good value! The host is nice and informative. Highly recommend!

Stayed for 3 nights and what an amazing dug out stay!! Extremely clean room, excellent showers and the best 2 hosts you could ever encounter!! Julie and marcus are simply the most caring, funny, lovely and amazing people!

We didnt want to leave this unique b&b at all and cannot say how much fun we had! We even had a dog with us and they just made us feel so welcomed! If you could give 15 out of ten stars i would. You guys and gal rock! Loki, ramsay misses you!

JAM B&B is completely in underground. A steep slope to the bottom of a vertical hole in the plain is the entrance. There are four guest rooms in the side wall of the hole.
Well maintained and clean Dining amd Kitchen with full Kitchen Facilities, such as Gas Cooktops, Microwave .a full size refrigerator, cutlery, glasses, cups, plates, saucers, bowls, knives, pans and others, are roomy.
Bathroom has a bathtub. Toilet is Bathroom is separated.
Hosts are so friendly and warm hearted.

When going to Coober Pedy staying at JAMS B&B is a must. You get the real ‘Underground/Dug Out experience!! You will be greeted by two amazing ppl we now call friends, Julie and Marcus. They will provide you with local knowledge and history of the town and the rooms are extremely clean and stacked with plenty of food for breakfast. Say hello to Lockie the dog, he is the most beautiful and chilled dog I’ve met ( give him toast for brekkie). Thankyou Julie and Marcus. On our trip around Aus, you made this stop our highlight purely just for meeting you two.
