Great building and lovely staff at reception, Nick and his angels. Can't wait for the restaurant to open. And the new coffee shop is quick to provide a hot cup of java in a friendly manner.

I have worked in the Sydney CBD for over 30 year.
259 George Street is, by far, the best office space I have enjoyed.
There are private spaces allowing for quiet conversations with colleagues or clients.
The Zephyr lounge allows for slightly larger groups in a relaxed atmosphere.
I have used the dedicated boards rooms for private group discussions.
At 259 George Street, the exercise changing facilities are as good as you will enjoy at any gym in the city. Thoroughly cleaned and serviced regularly throughout the day,
Finally, the Concierge service - outstanding !.
Nick and his team greet you as if you were checking in to a five star hotel For tenants and visitors alike, a friendly and enthusiastic "Hello" sets your day off with a "Bang"

The office space is top quality - end of trip facilities and zephyr lounge are fantastic. A stand out is the concierge service, Nick and his team are warm, welcoming, and go over and above to help visitors and staff of the tenants.

A beautifully-designed office building located only a few steps away from Wynyard Station, highly convenient, visible, and accessible as well from 3 street frontages (George, Jamison, and Lang St). Food court on ground floor, and walkways providing public thoroughfare via its courtyard are perks that those who don't work here can enjoy.

I have worked in offices for 20 years in Sydney and Melbourne (and NYC, London, Singapore, Hong Kong) and this is the only "bad" office building I have ever worked in. I am astonished by the good reviews.

Do yourself a favour and choose ANY other office building in your budget if possible.

Memocorp clearly do not care about their tenants and obviously run an extremely tight budget. See some examples:
1) Maintenance is never/rarely done (even if you request it and repeatedly harrass them)
2) Bathrooms are cleaned sporadically and often stink unbearably - both female and male
3) after hours air conditioning is basically impossible and there is no system for it to work without having to "organise in advance" - bad luck if anyone has a deadline and has to work after hours
4) mobile phone reception (on any network) is shocking and they refuse to install boosters for the building
5) the "conference" floor Zephyr Lounge on LG2 is also the tradesman entry so the floors are often covered in cardboard and tape and filthy
6) the end of trip facilities close at 7pm (!) and most of the lockers keypads do not work
7) the food court is 3/4 empty
8) the lobby air-conditioning is often not on
9) many of us have had lift incidents where they do not stop at the floor or drop or the doors don't open
10) some of the lifts don't beep or have the up/down arrow working, which means you often miss your lift as there are 6 and you can't physically see the doors of all of them. This has been reported for over a year and no fix
11) They often "shut down for maintenance" but looks to me like they just don't want to hire cleaning staff etc. at certain times of the year so use "maintenance" as an excuse
12) Currently (Jan 2024) the whole lobby, food court, 1 of 3 lift wells and floors LG2 - 15 are not accessible due to some issue with water entry. Bad luck or bad maintenance? I obviously can't tell definitively, but I think this review shows which way I'd guess if I had to
13) The escalators have not worked for at least two years. Apparently still waiting for parts lol
14) Emails reporting issues such as those mentioned above usually ignored. When they are not ignored, about half of the issues are attended to in a very slow manner

About half of the staff members are very friendly, but about half are not and have a bit of attitude as I think they know they are understaffed, underpaid and not given proper budgets by Memocorp. I truly believe it is not their fault, but management's fault.
