The team at Swimart Rouse Hill have served me very well for the past 8 years. During this summer I have bought the Zodiac Freerider iQ robot vacuum and also replaced my pool lights with Aquaquip EvoMax LED’s installed by Peter and Neil. The products are brilliant and the service from Swimart has been absolutely first class.

Fantastic team and consistently great service. I've enjoyed the team's quality advice on chemicals for the pool, and also had the team check out my pool cleaner after it started barely moving around the pool (the team confirmed there was no issue and advised me on a few other things to check - ended up being the skimmer basket cover being cracked... A much cheaper fix). Peter also helped me to sort out issues with our pump with some cheaper fixes before I needed to ultimately replace the pump. Absolutely no issues with over-selling or trying to screw us for money in my experience - great team, good advice and awesome services offered like pump installation, equipment issue checking etc.

Recently have finished construction of our pool. Have been to Swimart at rouse hill on several occasions, no matter who you deal with they are friendly and very helpful. We had a drama with our pool builder in regards to a pool heater, we decided to purchase it through Swimart instead. They installed the heater with in a week of us confirming the purchase and have followed up twice to see if all is going well. Great company to deal with.

Fabulous service from the 1st phone call to the completion of the problem we recently had. This was not the first time we have sought their assistance. and I am sure not the last.
All the staff are professional, with a great knowledge of how to sort any problems.
Their pricing is competitive.
They also arrive when they say and even earlier on some occasions, I am impressed.

Excellent customer service, from initial phone call to installation of my new Chlorinator.

Great customer service, I came in with many questions and the team were very accommodating. They tested my water, recommended the chemicals I needed and sent me on my way. The recommendations were spot on, my pool looks perfect! Thanks guys!!

Staff were extremely friendly and prompt to come to house.
Pricing for chemicals was also reasonable and they even assist carrying items to your car should you require it.

Met with Peter, who i realised later was the owner, brilliant service, and was extremely helpful diagnosing a simple problem with our pool pump.
Didnt try and jam me into a new pump, and i appreciate the good old fashioned local service.
will be returning.

Just arrived here to give the guys a call and thought I would read the reviews. Wow, some people really need to chill out. We have been using them for 8 years (and have at times had 3 pools) and always found them to be professional and give good advice. Maybe some people are getting virus anger?. I'm a small business owner as well and found that customers who don't understand the process go to social media to complain. Genuine customers give you a call and things get worked out really easy. Now is not the time to publicly criticise small business having a go, and there is always two sides to a story. Keep up the good work Swimart - Im happy.

As we head off on our retirement adventure we would love to thank Peter, Megan and the whole team at Rouse Hill Swimart for the fantastic service they have given us over many years. The monthly maintence, reliable and friendly service has been greatly appreciated. We have been able to travel and not worry about the pool, forget old arthritic hands battling with equipment but what we really liked was their prompt attention when something went wrong and their willingness to repair before replacing parts.
