Friendly staff. We had a decent meal. But this place gets packed when its busy. other than that food is served freshly cooked. Recommended

The food here was delicious.... Laksa was great ... More Thai influence than Malaysian.... But one of the better laksas I have eaten .. and I have tried many laksas at many places..... Laksa addict!!!!
Pad thai was excellent.... Comes in at 2nd to my favourite....
The vegetarian Basil chilli stir-fry was perfect... The sauce was to perfection...
The staff were happy and very friendly...

The food is so good and portion is huge! Service is really fast even at lunch peak! Love it and definitely recommend it.

food is incredibly filling, ordered take away and came home to a very nice full box of both pad see ew and the laksa seafood container had an amazing variety of recommended. would recommend 👍🏼

My experience at Basil & Lime have been pleasant. Turn around time has been quick, the food dishes I've selected have been really tasty and filing, the prices are quite economic too. The service was good and overall dining facilities good.

The advantage of the place is that its located in Westfield. Staff is nice, seems like new management and got a very positive experience today. The taste was good but the quantity was ok, not large like other thai places.

I love Basil and Lime. So fresh and always delicious. Today I had Chicken Laksa. Always very busy, don't be put off by the queue- absolutely worth the wait made fresh to your order ... and that's not very long to be honest.

I eat a lot of Thai food and I have not come across a better tasting chicken Thai fried rice, so nice and very tasty, not bland like a lot of other places, I recommend this place 111000%.

We went to eat in today and when we came in we were greeted and the staff was super kind and nice. They had excellent service and the food was great and i enjoyed the service and food a lot

Amazing food, really filling and all round a MUST EAT at Mount Druitt

One of my favourite places to come get Thai.. always fresh and full of flavour. Sometimes has a wait but so worth it considering the only Thai place in the centre yet alone area. Would highly recommend Pad Se Ew, Pad Thai and the Fried rice all with your choice of meat or veg. Even my 4yr old would ask to eat here instead of his basic nuggets and chips.

I’ve been going to this place for years now and it never seizes to amaze me. The food tastes amazing, especially the Thai Herb Stir Fry with Rice which is my favourite. I’ve also tried most of the soups on the menu. Tom Yum soup is a great healer when I am down with a cold. Maybe they should add a few more types of noodles on the menu to give more variety to choose from. Nevertheless do visit for a nice meal in an affordable price when you are in the area.

I ordered Beef Pad see ew & Combination Rice for family dinner last night and everyone absolutely loved it.
I come here time to time with friends , family , and work colleagues.

I also ordered drinks but I forgot to grab it yesterday.
I walked passed today and explained I had forgotten my drinks if I could perhaps get them now and they were very understanding, quick and allowed me to get them.

Thank you so much staff, I really appreciate it.

I had takeaway from here tonight. Very impressed with the care taken with packaging and presentation. Extremely impressed with my meal, beef massaman curry and spring rolls. Tasty and delicious. Thanks heaps will definitely order again.
