Fantastic customer service received from the staffs who helped me choose the glasses that suited me. I had my eye examination with Mary and she treated me really well. There were many fancy and really cool glasses. So, I thought to try a pair for the first time, which I am very satisfied until now. So, I want to go there again definitely. Thank you for treating me wonderfully.

Incredible good both services & glasses. I visited many of Sydney's branded glass stores to find a new pair of prescription glasses and luckily known Bailey Nelson when I visited Westfield Para. I can say that it is the best glass store I've been to, exactly the store I was looking for. Their glass frames look fashionable in high quality and lenses include most modern technologies. I was welcomed by polite staff, they are patient and supportive to answer all of my questions. I thought that's all the surprise until I met the optometrist lady, Mary. She was so dedicated, detailed, and gentle in taking care of my eye check and I was so impressed. I never thought that I can experience an eye check service like that in a glass store, but she really changed my mindset. Finally, I bought 2 glasses for me & my wife and very happy about that. They truly deserve 5 stars.

The eye test was thorough, and the lady at the front was very helpful with choosing a glasses style for me. She was very patient with how indecisive I was!

I came in on a Thursday, and my pair was ready the following Wednesday. Great turnaround.

Staff were very friendly, and I felt as if I belonged there. They made me feel all sorts of ways that even my partner has never had. The glasses received were superb; the lenses are easy to clean and even rarely need to be. The frames are practical as well as fashionable. All the equipment to assess my eyes were sanitised and cleaned. This was a very pleasant visit. I would recommend to all of my family, friends, extended relatives, associates and in-laws. FIVE STARS !!!

Went into the store on my lunch break and was assisted immediately by the friendly face that is Abbie (Aby? Abby? Abi? - I'm so sorry!) - she was so helpful, welcoming and proactive with assisting me. I had recently bent the frame on my favourite pair of Bailey's and she was so quick to assist & assure me she could help.. She restored them back to their original state and I would highly recommend her customer service & skills. I will definitely be reccomending the service at Bailey Nelson, Parramatta. Thanks Ab, you are an asset to the store.

Great experience on all levels, appearances, approach, communication, and the list goes on. Staff did everything they could do to making me feel comfortable in getting my first ever pair of glasses. Asking all the questions and doing all the test to get me the right pair

The team at Bailey Nelson Parramatta are amazing. After having a terrible experience with OPSM, the wonderful receptionist at BN was able to get me an appointment within a day. Michael, who did my initial examination, was very helpful and friendly. Some trial contacts came a few days later and I had them fitted by Mary (I think her name was), and she was also very friendly and helpful. She has booked in a follow up appointment a few weeks later. The whole team is so very friendly and helpful and I can’t thank them enough for their help.

All credit to two lovely girls at the front desk. They both helpful, detailed and make you feel welcomed. However I will just BYO my description next time cos the lady optometrist must be really tired. During testing my eyes she yawning few times. Maybe she needs some rest for this job.

I visited the store for the first time last Monday and was SUPER impressed by the level of customer service my sister and I received from Kevin. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and patient - even stayed back after close to help us out! At no point did we feel rushed and he made sure that we were looked after the whole time. Would 100% be recommending everyone getting their glasses from here!

Fab service. I decided to change colours last minute for my glasses and they made it super easy to do it - without making any fuss. Also the optometrists there Mary and Abdul were so great with teaching me how to use contact lenses - something I struggled with doing. Would recommend.

Joseph the optometrist was absolutely fabulous. He was professional, experienced & patient. He answered all my queries and explained everything in detail.

Parramatta Westfield level 2 such a nice place with great customer service, professionalism, skilful, talented and not over charge like I visited different place. Very helpful and easy made appointment. If you are looking for the right place this is the place to be see your eyes checkEd correctly. The other place I visited scared me to dead telling me my eyes was almost like blind and charged me for reading glasses in over priced. Thank you Parramatta Bailey Nelson. May God bless the store

Huge variety of frames/lenses to choose from and the staff are amazing! Easy to book an eye test over the phone and you are well looked after from the moment you walk in. Kevin and Mary were absolutely wonderful as they helped me try on so many different styles until I found the perfect ones for me. Definitely recommend this store!

Staff are all helpful especially the asian guy wearing glasses! He is very kind and attentive and would really take time to help you. They won't pressure you to buy if you don't want to unlike other stores. The glasses I purchase was really nice, most stylish and great quality glasses! I will buy all my specs here from now on! Love this branch! <3

Great customer service from the staff at Bailey Nelson Parramatta. Particular shout outs to Abbie who (I think) helped me choose my glasses a few months back and Mary who kept me regularly updated about my nose pad repairs during the lockdown. Thanks for your hard work!

Kevin at Bailey Nelson was very accommodating and gave great recommendations for frames. His customer service was so stellar, on top of following up with specific frame sizes desired and re-appointments. I could not get my new glasses and sunglasses from anywhere but Bailey Nelson Parramatta. Highly recommend.
