Dealt with Cobbity turf plenty of times now.
Always helpful and knowledgeable. Had a tour last time of the various types available that was not asked for but offered, it’s like they want you to be sure in your choice of variety as there was no rush and they took the time to take me to all the types on offer.
Today I needed some turf for a patch 12m2 only and Kerry emailed me within 5mins of my enquiry, took an order and got it cut the same day. Picked it up same day and the professional that cut it, cut me an extra because m2 because there was a dead spot on the first cut that was so small you wouldn’t even notice. He helped me hand load it onto the Ute.
Wouldn’t even think of getting turf anywhere else!

The team at Cobbitty turf are a passionate, caring and professional team who are genuinely interested in how their product is maintained and grown after delivery.
I had some problems with my turf due to extreme hot weather after laying. I made a phone call and was asked to send some specific photos of what the issues were. Later that day I had an in-depth phone call to hear my options, one was to pull out the dried out turf and collect some fresh rolls for free or drop by and pick up some extra fertiliser and let nature take its course while it recovered. Amazing!!
I completely appreciate this is an agricultural product and there are many hit and miss approaches when planting anything. They could have simply turned around and advised it wasn't their issue, but their pride and passion shone through.
It's refreshing to have service that is courteous, informative and reliable. I will continue to utilise their expertise and products in the future.

Went away for a solo European holiday and the grass in our backyard was dead (drowned) from all the rain we'd had this year, when I returned there was beautiful luscious green buffalo grass in its place, big thanks to Jeff and the driver for getting the grass delivered despite the weather so my Husband could lay it before I got home, what a nice surprise 💚
