I'd like to acknowledge the excellent service I received from Natalie recently. She was friendly and helpful but also very knowledgeable as she was able to suggest actions that I had not even thought of. I left feeling confident and grateful that a complicated experience had been so expertly handled.

There was only one teller working and about 6 or more people waiting in line. It did take quite a while to get served. However, the teller was lovely and at least the bank was actually open!

Great help from Carman. Extremely happy with the outcome.

It's ok a bit stuff

Line up at the front and people waiting while 3 girls walk around doing nothing, my mum has been waiting for 45 mins. And rude to elderly people.

They make customers, including elderly and disabled wait outside, not in the shopping centre, outside in the sun! For upwards of 2 hours to speak with somebody in the bank. They will not make appointments to see somebody. No seating provided.
They are rude and difficult to work with, especially if you are EPOA, trying to help your loved one.
Do not use this bank, they are useless and horrible.

Every damn time I come here, the atm attached to thr 'coins' deposit is 'out of order' or the 'coins' deposit is un available. To say I am a disappointment client is an understanding considering this is the ONLY atm in Mackay that can deposit coins. Absolutely joke.

One of the worst comm bank service i have seen in my entire life. Do guys yourself a favour and go somewhere else. Absolutely ridiculous
