What a fabulous experience today . Very kind staff. Fi and others whom assisted myself as a home care worker with my client - a local lady- to do her shopping. . We were embraced so beautifully with dignity and respect. It’s the little things that matter. Thankyou

Last minute shop to feed 50 people for lunch. Absolutely fantastic as had everything we needed, quantity wise and freshness of produce. Very quick service. Thank you

Thank you to the young man who was collecting the trolleys from the car park in Moonta Drakes this afternoon. He offered to take our trolley to our car for us. I told him we had parked on Roberts Street. That didn't faze him; he took our trolley up ramp to our car and helped load into our car. I think he said his name was Shane. Thank you Shane .

Very clean and tidy. Staff were friendly. Well stocked but found variations in prices for the same products on different days. Weekends were higher.

What an absolute god send Drakes is. To be able to shop at a reputable supermarket in a strong country town is beyond me. Their range is fantastic. Their deli is really good but small. And their service is quick and very friendly. People living in Moonta or any surrounding country must come here for their groceries. They're just spectacular and so cheap too! The layout is also amazing. It's even better than other Drakes stores close in metropolitan Adelaide.

Moonta isn't like it used to be 20 years ago or even 10 years ago,so many younger generations now and a little busy,whichh is great for the York Peninsula. So many people have moved here in just the last 3 years alone, I got out of Aldinga Beach before it was totally ruined from massive primary/high school and everything else they can squeeze in there .use to be lovely 😍 👌 place to live ♥ now YP is home 🏡 😀 and loving it. The only thing I hate is 30 mins to get anywhere, lol. Country, huh? but no more 3 hr drive for fishing or beautiful landscapes.

Crazy busy today being NYE, packed car park and shoppers racing around like ants to a jam jar, yet the staff at this store are consistently efficient, friendly and helpful no matter how much stress they are under. There was no waiting at the checkout, the stock was being replenished continuously and trolleys collected regularly. Everyone was happy, chatty, smiling and working as a team. They always have great specials and amazing customer service. Better than I have ever received in Adelaide or elsewhere for that matter. Thanks for making it easy to shop at Drakes and wishing you all a happy and successful 2023 😃🎉🍾🥳
