Jules is Fantastic and very helpful. I was looking for a wheelchair & harness to help my lab after she suffered an FCE & not only was Jules able to supply what we needed at the best price, fastest shipping but also with the best support & advise. It is evident that Jules cares about the animals first & foremost. With Jules’ help ive been able to give my dog a little bit of her independence back, and she is just so happy anytime she gets to go in her chair. I just wish I lived close enough to take my lab to see Jules for her therapy too!

Jules has been such a blessing.
Our Cavi needed surgery on both hind legs, we were supported by Jules throughout the entire process.
She brought so much comfort to our Hercules whilst waiting for surgery and gave me the confidence I needed to help him manage during recovery.
I am so certain that Hercules would not have the movement and comfort he has today if it wasn't for Jules. The photo is of Hercules very happy having a snooze in the middle of his treatment.
We've been so happy with her service that our other cavi gets preventative treatments.

Jules was super helpful with our purchase of a Walkin' Wheels front vest for our mini dachshund. She was prompt in responding to enquiries over the weekend and put it in the post Monday morning. She has also been generous with her time in discussing our dog's special needs after an injury and sent follow up texts to see how she was progressing.

I highly recommend Jules! She was so nurturing and patient to my anxious pup and knew how to handle him. Very informative and knowledgeable with his issues. Explained in detail any question I had. Would have her in every week if my pup wasn’t so anxious!

Gave my elderly GSD with DM the use of his back legs again through the power of wheels! As soon as he was fitted and strapped into his wheelchair he was chasing after the neighbour's cat like old times! and instantly had his confidence back. Jules was great and walked us through all the options. Cannot recommend enough, was so caring and helpful.

My german shepherd has lost the use of her back legs. After contacting Jules at Chillax & organising a rental wheelchair, then purchasing one for my girl, Asha has a new lease on life. Our Border Collie Saxon lost the use of his back legs so we explored options and found Jules at Chillax Pet Care Services.

She was fantastic and caring from the initial phone call and was so helpful.
We purchased a Walkin Wheels wheelchair for him and a help em harness.

Jules drove up to our place which was over an hour's drive for her and spent over 2 hours showing us how to correctly fit his chair and harness.

We found Jules to be professional, polite and went above and beyond to help our Border Collie and us at this time of need.

From the moment I met Julie from Chillax Pet Sevices I new I had met someone special and immediately felt at ease knowing I could finally take a break with complete peace of mind.
I call upon Julie on a regular basis. Sometimes it’s for a week away or now and again just for a one off visit. She provides excellent attention to detail.
I have a diabetic fur kid and as Julie has been a vet nurse for many years is very experienced in giving his his needles as well as any other medications he requires.
My fur girl Annie is a bit of a gypsy, poor Julie spends so much time trying to get her in😊

Jules is fantastic she is working on two of our daschunds and has fitted one with wheels she has given them both a new lease of life which we wouldn't have achieved without her.
She is greeted quite loudly and then lots of kisses and cuddles.
Even the ones with anxiety get cuddles and kisses which is very rare, she is a dog whisperer.

Bought a little wheelchair from Jules to get my girl moving again after surgery. Even before I had purchased Jules spent a lot of time on the phone giving advice and was very helpful and knowledgeable. Definately recommend her.

Chillax Pet Care Services is the best service I have found around, not only is Julie a Veterinary Nurse of 29yrs but truly loves her clients and the work she does with them.
Nothing is too much to ask of her and she is never too busy to help you on the phone when you may have questions you need answering, she never tries to hurry you up as other services do!
My dog is so happy to see her when she arrives and does remedial massage on her, to relieve her aches and pains. Julie has also instructed me on what I can do to help with exercises on days Julie she is not here.
I know that the information Julie gives me is correct and if it is something serious she confirms that my dog needs to see a Vet.
