This time we would like to specially mention of your outstanding customer services at Kiki K Chatswood Westfield!!! Marie was just amazing!!! Knowing the products so well she helped us to find some great stuffs to replace the calendar and notebook infills which I bought online but were not suitable for my leather notebook… Thursday’s shopping night close to Xmas is always crazy, but Marie was so professional and patient so the whole process of exchanging products was pain-free. Politely asked to serve other customers who had straight forward transactions before us to reduce the number of customers on the queue then served us and communicated to people about the waiting time, Marie made everything run smoothly and everyone was happy!
Well done Kiki K for having staffs like Marie!!!

The service here is always good, especially the delightful lady that regularly serves me (you know who you are!) - I always tell her I shouldn’t come in because I always leave with something, but mostly because the stationary is of high quality and the service is excellent! Nightly recommended!

Best store in Chatswood Westfield shopping centre I always loved Kikki K products however preferred shopping online due to bad customer service at some other stores. I didn’t plan to walk in today however I am very happy I did as was pleasantly surprised of exceptional customer service ( my first time in Chatswood store). Lovely Marie greeted me helped me choose what I needed was friendly respectful and must say have not experienced this exceptional customer service anywhere in Sydney she smiled was chatty but in appropriate manner. I give her customer engagement 10out of 10. She reminded me of wonderful staff i usually see overseas where I love going into the stores…. many in other stores need to learn from Marie how to be genuine and respectful so that many of us stop shopping online. I ll be going back to Chatswood store and saying bye bye to shopping on line thank you Marie you made my day😊

I love my KiKKi.K diary and always have the same style for many years . I travelled 2 hours to Chatswood store yesterday to get the new one . Emma and Marie were so lovely to help me find the only and last one that I wanted . I They made me feel so welcome and talked to me like an old friend . Excellent customer service from these two girls !

I have been into this store a couple times now and every time I’ve gone, Shan Marie was there with her bubbly and friendly personality and remembered who I was (probably cause I’m a frequent kikki.k shopper).

Her product knowledge is great, and is always happy to have a chat about what I use different planner inserts for and seek my feedback on what I think of the new products.

She is definitely an asset to the store.

I would give the customer service 100000/5 stars if I could all because of Marie. Marie was the loveliest customer service member ever and helped us the whole time whilst within the store to make our purchase. she kept the conversation going and this was the greatest experience I have had at Kikki K ever. my dad was going horribly until Marie so thank you very much Marie :)

The most beautifully decorated Kikki K store I have been to!

They have a large selection of items including most sale items to see and purchase in store. The staff members always greet me when I come visit (almost every week) during my lunch break and it always feels relaxing to browse around with no pressure to make a purchase.

A special thank you to Emma who is always bubbly, friendly and helpful. It’s always a pleasure having a chat with you when I visit!

I have been into this store numerous times and have always had exceptional service. My last visit was to buy a book suitable for use as a wedding Polaroid guest book. Emma was super helpful and friendly whilst being able to advise me on what would work.

Walked in looking for something and asked Marie, she is the nicest and friendliest staff member I’ve come across! We didn’t find what we were looking for but we stayed anyway to chat with her, and she was lovely! We will absolutely be returning soon and Marie deserves a raise!

Shan Marie overheard my wife and I talking about calendars, and when we got to the cashier she informed us we were about to purchase the wrong item. Outstanding customer service, they know what we wanted even though we hadn’t asked

The service was immaculate, Marie greeted us as soon as we entered and immediately helped us find the product we were searching, I will definitely be returning to this because of this outstanding sales service.

I love stationery and fell in love with this place. They have a great set of books that help you in setting goals and tracking them. Also love their collection of diaries. They have also placed a great degree of importance on design and aesthetics. Highly recommended!
