The team at the customer service counter were very helpful, particularly Rauno (I think I spelled that right). Even though it was busy and some customers were angry they were still friendly and helpful

Kmart Chatswood did not disappoint, we were able to find everything we needed to spruce up a little bedsitter and more of course 😁 Kmart is my happy place 🙏 & I think I have even converted my Hubby now to loving their range. The staff in this store (we are from Gold Coast QLD) We're very helpful & friendly!

Kmart is a wonderful store. I think the business model is really good. I came upon this clothing which is very well promoted. Made from cotton sourced in Australia and made in India. That’s such a nice promotion increasing well being and some employment overseas with major ingredient and major employment in Australia. Otherwise it’s always made 95%from imported ingredient.

The staff handled my frustration with class.

They couldnt find a solution so I was upset.

However I shop here regularly.

And I'm very happy. Its economical...some of the products are cheap and you get what you pay for...however others? Beyond brilliant.

Favourite purchase ever was the large shelved air fryer with a rotisserie basket and spit function

It cooks chips perfectly...I make incredibly healthy snacks easily. I wont use my oven anymore.

We bought an assembled kids bike but had to exchange it because it was faulty. David Beau was so helpful and friendly! He really defined customer service by organising a new bike which only took 4 days and even guiding us to the door because I forgot the receipt the second time around.

This has got to be one of the busiest K Mart stores in Sydney. Big, bright and modern, K Mart shines as the place to spend for budget kitchen appliances and home accessories. Not to mention also the plethora of children's, women's and men's wear, at incredibly low prices. Photo processing, audio, electrical, gym accessories, gaming, toys, sports equipment, the list is way big! .....And at very very very competitive prices. You could decorate a house, change your whole wardrobe, buy car and gardening stuff....you'd need a truck! Located at the top of the travelator in Chatswood Chase, you can't miss it!

Personable helpful staff fantastic range of products with great prices the quality of the clothing for men and women and kids is significantly superior to big W across the board the quality and service leaves the opposition for dead whichever K Mart you choose it'll be better than their competitors.

Every time I visit here the staff are always greet their customers with a greeting and smile.
Whenever I need to look for a specific item, they always go out of their way to help! They stop what they are doing and show me to the product I request.
Leading up to Christmas, the floors are clear and not blocked with stock to fill.

Nice place to shop compared to its western versions, shelves are fully stocked and tidy. Despite restrictions before the shop is still the same quality even staff members traffic support customers who block the way and make a mess

Great shopping experience. It had everything we needed and the aisle setting was great. Staff were friendly and cooperative. Best part is it's open till midnight which gave us plenty of time in the evening to shop.

A hypermarket where you can find most of the household stuffs and clothing you need

If you know what they offer and that suits your purpose, Kmart is great. Being impacted (March 2022) by supply chain issues and it shows, so better get in quick 🙂
