Thank you Aswad for looking after my husband and me today. We came in to have a look at some sneakers for my husband and walked out with 1 pair for him and 1 for myself! Aswad was great at finding the right fit and answering all our questions and he managed to find a pair of Stans (which was not on display as it was the last pair) for me in my size and in a colour I have been wanting to get! Good runner selection and overall great selection in all sport categories. Rebel don't sell, in my opinion, rubbish or low quality goods. Shop is clean. Service is great. Lifting weights are back on the shelves.

Customer service here is literally great! I am really impressed how they treat and welcome customers. You always find someone is helping ... they never leave you until they make sure you get what you want and you are very satisfied.

This shop is located at Westfield level 6, so if you are only after rebel you better find your spot on the roof.
If you use lift to level 6, you might feel you are not on the right place but if you walk straight you’ll find it infront of you.

Had a difficult return of flippers with a misplaced receipt and it was handled expertly, excellent service, thanks!

Walked in at lunchtime, was immediately approached for assistance. Staff was very friendly and knew his way around the product I was seeking, locating it promptly.
Be warned though, parking at lunch in the shopping centre was at a premium and took 20 minutes to find a spot. I was only in Rebel for 10 minutes.

Awesome service! Was helped to find women’s soccer boots (my first foray into soccer) by a lovely young man who was a budding soccer pro!

Excellent customer service from Mitchell and Violet today. Mitchell was quick to spot me at the gloves aisle and was helpful in figuring out the gloves with the best fit for me. Violet went above and beyond to find the perfect pair of shoes for me when the one on displays ran out of my size, and instead of coming out from the stock room empty-handed, she suggested an alternative that matches my preferred colour, required features and budget. She did not rush me through trying the shoes, gave helpful opinion and appeared to be genuinely enjoying her role.

I have ordered online and went to pickup. It was very quick and I was out of the shop within 5 minutes. Though it's on last floor so it's bit walk and need to use escalators.

Staff member who served me was very helpful and courteous with smile on her face.

By look of customer responses they were looking comfortable and having good in shop experience.

Massive store with great selection

Super friendly and helpful staff. It doesn't have the best signage, so finding it can be a little difficult. As it is at the very top by itself.

Large and great range of products.

Great knowledge of products provided by floor staff. After only 4 visits (over the span of a few months), gentleman remembered my name, and asked about how i was going with some equipment i had bought over a month ago! I bough a watch feeling completely satisfied i was informed about all it’s functions and spec’s. As for the checkout girl, a smile and eye contact would go a long way. Seemed very disinterested. I choose to shop here instead of my local store due to the informed service i have experienced.

Had a fantastic experience shopping for sports shoes - the sales rep gave great advice and didn’t necessarily pressure me to buy the most expensive item, it was about what I needed from the shoe. Was in and out in 15 mins and am happy with my purchase.

Great visit to Rebel Chatswwod today - staff member Thomas was extremely helpful and thoughtful when assisting in the purchase of track pants for a tall man. He listened carefully to the problem and gave great advice. Thanks very much

Very friendly and positive staff, helpful and not pushy! Great customer service. Store is nice and clean, and stocks a large range of products. Just remember to check online for stock (through the "collect in store" feature) if you are looking for a specific product/size so as to avoid disappointment :)

Went in to return a faulty Smart watch yesterday. The guy at the front desk and the man that helped me exchange/give advice for the process were extremely helpful and the process was so painless. Great service!!
