Coles Chatswood Chase

Despite the ongoing renovations at the Chase, Coles continues to draw the major crowds. Typical Coles, wide range of products, good quality, regular specials, big store. I think they need more staff as many lines were low stock on shelves however, this was the exception and not the norm.

Great supermarket. But received fantastic service on Xmas eve i lost a Xmas present phoned everywhere in Chatswood Chase that I had visited and the last place was Coles (i had given up hope)and would you believe they had my.lost gift and were happy to hold onto it till I could pick it up. Fabulous

The store is quite spacious. Items are clean and well-organized in the right places. The staff is very friendly, smiles brightly and tries to help as much as possible when you need help, I'm so happy to have a good coles near my house.

Lovely Deli Staff, so many fresh options to choose from during Christmas.
The Indian guy was very polite and helpful, no name tag so didn’t know the name.

Giorgia was a wonderful help this morning when I discovered that a cleaning product had leaked through my entire shopping bag soaking through my groceries and clothing. She was kind and patient. The customer support at this Coles is incredible and Giorgia's kindness helped turn my stressful start to a Saturday around.

This is the best Coles in the Chatswood area. You will have more space and options than the Westfield one, except for premium and fresh local offerings exclusive to the local version. The good thing is that here they have the Deli, bakery and butcher so you can get fresher stuff for these items.

all in one shop in chatswood New south Wales. it is like an Indian big Bazar. except clothing all crozarys, fruits,vegetables available. self paying counter also available.

This is our go-to place for weekly grocery shopping. It is conveniently located inside Chase, with parking in the basement. Its comprehensive range of products and friendly staff make it the easy choice of supermarket.

I love the Chatswood Coles Bakery's fresh baked wholemeal flat breads - I time my visits for mid morning to get them while they're still warm.
Otherwise it's a very big Coles near to other food shops which are good for Asian groceries and Fruit & Veg** plus Food Hall - ie great spot for one stop shopping. Can be busy at checkout in peak times. Plus there are heaps of restaurants nearby and it's only about 200m walk to Aldi Chatswood Place and more shops.
There's is sufficient parking (3 hour free) in the Chatswood Chase building except at weekend peak hour
** Edit - Unfortunately many of the nearby food shops have now closed down due to the Lower Ground Level being redeveloped into a "luxury retail mecca". The now permanently gone FruitEzy and Tong Li Asian Groceries are much missed by me. 😒 And the artist impressions of the "luxury retail mecca" look decidedly boring. At least Coles is still open.

I experienced the rudest, most abrupt, idiotic and obnoxious checkout operator ever at this supermarket. The individual serving me was taking up too much oxygen and should never be allowed to breed. They are the type that probably park across two car parking spaces and attend shopping centres with no regard for the comforst of others. That's the last time I use the self-check out. :)

Just want to thank the wonderful young lady staffer Ashley for service above and beyond to two wheelchair customers. Bravo Ashley!! You deserve a medal.

Very organised, great range of goods, and often very easy to find items! Its been busy recently due to COVID, but they're organised with a line-up area outside to sign in and keep safe numbers. Definitely recommend coming here! Great Coles and friendly staff

Always a pleasure to shop at Coles Chatswood. Wide aisles, polite customers. Staff who put stock away on shelves do not block aisles, like some supermarkets do. Enough Checkout staff, and Auto Checkouts. Large Store. Recently rearranged. Always plenty of heavily Discounted Clearance stock, as well as the Advertised Specials. The local Customers are so polite with very good manners. I feel very comfortable. No rush rush like some stores in other suburbs.

Coles has good specials on fruit and vegetables but you need to check them on the internet as the correct lower prices are not always displayed on the shelves. Just bought very sweet corn for 50 cents that was advertised on the net but display price is $1.20. This has happened before where the lower price is not shown but it does scan properly.

Staff are fantastic and always helpful.

The best time to do your shopping here is after 8:30pm.
The shelves are either full, or are being refilled, and there are no lines st the checkouts.
The nightmare that it is during the peak has turned into an idyll.
