Well, just like the other guy that gave 1 star. The difference was that the call to them was good with the girl on the phone very helpful..Just drop in ( about 40 min drive I said ), and the sales staff will help you match the 25 m facia and gutter you need. Bring the sample.The gutter sample was there own gutter.
Well, the front desk girl ( young )...I'll get a salesperson for you.
Salesperson ( 30 seconds of her precious time, just as young, but overweight , too many chips, lollies and don't give a stuff attitude).
"Well, this is all we have according to the catalogue, you need to order from one of ours suppliers, I can't help you anymore." I said no wonder you have poor google star ratings..Have you read them. And left for my 40 min drive home.
Here's a hint to Stramit management that reads these reviews..
You need to clean up you poor sales and office staff attitude to customers !
ps. My new 300 sq mtr shed build last year was all Stratmit steel.
Or are you too big to care anymore. !

Well I would totally agree with the other 2 gentlemen, the service is appalling, I have been chasing them for 2 months just to get a few bits of guttering, just ridicules non service. My recommendation to others is, don't use them and avoid the stress and waste of time.

The crappest customer service, I rang 3 times before I got someone to take credit card payment for my order and now getting no answer when my order will be ready.

this would bethe WORST MANAGED BUSNESS for staff ever the day and shift and personal managers are a disgrace having little to No employie intereactive skills what so ever and only stop short of criminal because of inhouse protection by way of bullying, however staff turnover is evident of the fact one star ratted omly to get this posted
