Love these shops , the fact that they are open till midnight 365 days per years is awesome . The wife and I love our little late night shopping sprees here . Staff are always friendly and helpful. 5* in every way

Never been disappointed at this IGA store. Even when an item has been out of stock. Great staff. Called today about an issue i had done with my uber order and it was handed with so much respect, thank you to the staff at IGA

also the local bottle shop I recommend as They always recommend Australian made Liquor at good prices and always a pleasure to visit

Went round looking for Gluten free cakes and this lovely lady, Sue, came out to help me and we found some biscuits and she discounted them for me. Awesome service and so kind!!! Thank you 😊 💓

Is my regular go to late night shopping since I work shift work. Staff are absolutely amazing and they always have delicious and huge range of sweet and savoury dishes!

Way too expensive but their opening hours are convenient esp on public holidays

Its great that their open til Midnight! The staff are very friendly and willing to help as soon as they can. I think one thing that could improve is the express lane. When it gets overwhelmed with customers to have 2-3 staff at hand just in case, especially when there are those that come in enquiries etc. But otherwise the store is greatly managed.

Overall a nice clean well managed store been back there a few times no issues to date.

Open till late enough , , for the oh shucks I forgot something moments.. and the prices better or cheaper than your average Friendly grocer.. Well worth the extra five minutes drive..

Could do with more Staff very busy at times but do not have any other qualms about it

It's hard not to give my local IGA a five star rating because, they offer quick, bright and bubbly, efficient service, with a smile.. The shelves are always stocked and I've not had one bad product yet.. Plenty of discounts though, that seriously do add up to great savings at the check out.. I'm not normally one to stray from my beloved Coles, but, I cannot fault Crestmead IGA whatsoever, and it's within walking distance..
