I give one point for the shop existing in WA.
I trained to design and make jewellery and learnt about the importance of Georg Jensen’s contemporary designs.
I no longer make jewellery so I took my brother in-law in to purchased a gift for he and my sister’s 25 year (silver) anniversary. We were met with a lackadaisical and somewhat indifferent attitude. When I awkwardly tried the item it didn’t fit my wrist and I was not offered a larger size (which I believe does exist) nor an alternative piece of jewellery - In fact the young man barely uttered a word to us.
I truly realise it is extremely hard to find staff at this time, but general good manners are a must. This is one of the reasons people shop online.
We left the store in under 5 minutes and a sizeable sale was given to another retailer in Claremont Quarter.

How crazy that they wont let you exchange a totally sealed gift for something else in their store. Clearly not the place to buy gifts. I understand no slips but the item is still in Georg Jensen seal. In todays times thats clearly not caring about their customers
