Claire was very nice, attentive, communicated very well, positive energy, easy to conversate and had good technique doing the blood test. Came in on a late morning Tuesday. Wait was around 10 minutes. No booking required.
*My doctor forgot to tick Medicare for the blood test form and would have been charged for that but Claire was mindful and we chased up my doctor that it was meant to be bulk billed which saved me from incurring any expenses.

Came here on Friday morning (before 9.30am) for a blood test and it was only less than 10 minutes wait. The staff was very friendly and very skilled. I barely felt the needle. It was on an unusual (conmercial) request form so the staff needed some assistance in terms of creating patient record but once she learnt that I have to do blood test routinely she gave me a patient card for easy scanning next time. This was not offered in any other centres.

Most of the Douglas I have been to have been good, but this one was exceptional.

There was only 1 staff on site and she checked everything thoroughly to ensure there's no mistake, and that will take time. For those who do not want to wait then either choose non-peak hours or go early to get an early spot in the queue.

Only one person taking bloods on a Saturday and each patient seems to take 15 mins. Best to go somewhere else.

Unreasonably slow and no indication of wait times. They should devise a process that lets people know how long the wait is and provide alternative options such as visiting the pathology across the road at Chatswood Villages.

They didn’t charge my mom’s private heath insurance properly on that time she attended the practice for her test. Then there is no any invoice sent to my place or without any further communication from them. In the end, they sent a debt collector to collect the invoice from my mom. You are definitely doing a very good job. Good on you.

Women on Saturday morning took about 45 mins per person. God knows what she was doing in there…

The staff are not well aware that the pathology doesn't charge the MBS fee. Incorrect information has been relayed.

Please get the senior nurse back, the young nurse here is rude, careless, unprofessional
