Went there on 27/04, a staff called Max were extremely helpful and friendly to me. He was helping me find a size 12 kids top and almost searched everywhere in the store. Very patient boy

Store is clean and tidy. Most staff are super nice and friendly. Julio from customer service is very helpful every time I visit, he's helped me a number of times with purchases and refunds, and finding stock in store.

Back in 2016 this was Targets Next Gen store include styling experts, in-store café, click and collect service, a T-shirt printing station where customers can bring their own designs create their own fashion, on-site clothing alteration service and a digital photo kiosk. I usually stop in when visiting Chatswood. My daughter prefers the clothes there over Kmart.

Most of the Target stores are in the big shopping centre . Their area are used to be clean and tidy. Their products are so many and the price is reasonable. Hundreds of the Australian like to visit daily even some of the trousers as well. I like to go not only enjoy shopping and also their friendly service too.

A clean, fresh and inviting store with lots of natural light, modern decor with clearly labelled departments making your search for fashion or homewares a breeze. All of this and the friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever encountered! Lots of affordable and stylish everyday apparel for men, women and children. Beautiful homewares to decorate your stylish inner city pad, holiday home by the sea or just to spruce up the family home. They even stock a designer clothing range by none other than Dannii Minogue. By far, the nicest shopping experience of ANY department store in Australia.

Has almost everything you need including home appliances and apparel; that too at a reasonable price. Employees are always happy to assist when asked.

Excellent store can buy whatever you want. Prices are cheap but quality is good.

Another great experience. I needed to return gift I had purchased but had lost docket. The service centre went the extra mile and tracked my purchase, salesman was so helpful I was able to return and purchase a gift U really wanted. I had no idea this was possible. I was very appreciative and grateful I got such professional service. Target is certainly breeding customer conscious staff. THANKU

Bought lots of nice home items! Affordable and nice!

Nice and Tidy Chatswood version stock is properly organized and doesn't look like its been ransacked by disgusting customers who dont care.
Stock invent is also very accurate here compared to other shops that show full stock but nothing in store online

Just want to take the time to appreciate the patience of the attendees working at the customer support desk on Sunday (28/11/21) nearly 8pm (closing time). Was few minutes to close, big line , crazy customers with weird enquiries (including me) and both were extremely professional, helpful and efficient, without missing composure.

Amazing Target. It feels very rich walking in this store - the design inside is very nice, very spacious. It gives me modern city vibes; I promise you, this isn't 'just' a Target. I'd love to go here again, even if I didn't buy anything hahahaha

Hello, a couple weeks ago i visited Target Chatswood to pick up a few items! I tend to only make trips to stores like Target every couple months as i often find them overwhelming. As i went into the store i was greeted nicely by a tall young man whose name i do not recall. As i progressed through my shop i asked a young employee for some assistance. I recall the employees name was Ella and she was super helpful and efficient at assisting me in finding everything i needed. I wanted to comment on here to applaud the employees Target hire and specifically Ella for being genuinely nice to their customers and enabling me to have a swift visit to the store. Awesome work 👍🏼
