I would highly recommend Prompt Mobile Mechanics. I was due for a long overdue service on my car. Three days before leaving for a long drive to Melbourne we contacted this mechanic and he kindly fit us in amongst his busy schedule and managed to fit us in the day before the long drive. This mechanic was honest and prompt with his work. He explained everything he did to the car and showed me the parts. My dad who is pretty car savvy was around and agreed with what the mechanic had done . The fee was reasonable. I could tell he did a great job with the service as the car drove a lot smoother afterwards. Would gladly recommend this mechanic any day!

DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE!!! Charged me $100 to come out (8 mins away) and check car and didn't figure out what was wrong with it & why the car did not start. Then an addional $960 to fix what he thought was the problem (fuel pump) for the car not starting, which he did not fix because he stated that it did not need fixing anymore. Picked up car from him the following day and it still did not start and problem was not rectified.

Dishonest Mechanic. Came to fix my trailer, couldn't fix it. Didn't know what was wrong and still charged me a $50 call out fee.
