Qscan Radiology Clinics Chatswood

My wife and I went this Morning to have here scan for pregnancy. Really love how the staffs welcome and accommodate us. Unfortunately, I forgot the name of the technical staff who helped us. Appreciate your team Qscan. Kudos

Great experience, taken straight in to my fully bulk billed x-ray, Jackson the radiographer was lovely and super clear. Reception nice and organised!

I do not understand the bad reviews for Qscan Chatswood. I just had an MRI done there and the whole process was seamless. I initially tried to phone to book in my appointment but it rang out, I can understand why too as they are so so busy at reception, but I filled in the online request form and someone got in contact with me very quickly. I went in today 20 minutes before my appointment as requested, filled out some standard mandatory paperwork and then was taken straight through to get ready for the MRI. It was so so easy.
A big thank you to the ladies at reception and to the lady that performed my MRI, I do apologise as I didn't get their names but they were all fabulous!

I’d like to say a big thank you to the entire team at the QScan Chatswood. I had a knee injury causing ++ pain, severe swelling and bruising. I was promptly offered an urgent MRI in the early afternoon of 14/8/23. The entire reception there was very helpful and friendly despite some of the receptionists were still new on the job. The young radiographer ( fair skinned Caucasian lady) was very professional , thorough and caring during the entire scan process. I also greatly appreciated their highly efficient and organised front desk for ensuring the final report being sent to me and my GP! I will have no hesitation to attend this branch again if the need arise in the future.

I had a radiology appointment at this clinic, and although there were a few issues, I appreciate the effort put in by the Mandarin-speaking receptionist to confirm my information. Despite a long conversation, nothing was resolved, but the receptionist remained patient throughout.

However, I was disappointed to hear that most of the staff were untrained, and the senior receptionist was the only one who could assist me. I had to wait for my appointment, despite arriving early at 8:40 am for my 9:15 am appointment. It was frustrating when I had already asked one of their members if I needed to send the authorization letter again, since they should have already received it earlier yesterday morning, but was only told to sit and wait. She wouldn't even let me provide additional information if needed.

I also want to give special thanks to the radiology technicians who were very helpful, and the scanning process went smoothly.

Overall, while I appreciate the effort put in by the senior and the Mandarin-speaking receptionist and the radiology technicians, I think it's important for the clinic to train their staff properly to avoid these types of frustrating experiences for their patients.

The 5-star rating is for the hardworking senior receptionist who handled this situation well, and I'm grateful for her assistance.

4.8 - Had a wonderful experience with the staff here today when I brought my Mother in for ultrasounds. From the moment I booked, they were kind and helpful. They showed genuine care, bringing out warm water for her to drink rather than the freezing cold water at the water cooler. We were also so lucky to have staff who could speak Cantonese conduct the scans so my Mother, living with dementia, could feel at home and easily move/breathe into the positions staff wanted. Amazing work! Thank you to all staff, including the lady who was on the phone with me for the booking the 3rd time and everyone with their patience.

I came here for a kidney /prostate ultrasound.
Why I gave them five stars -
1. They have an electronic ticketing system that lets you know where you when waiting in the que.
2. The receptionist was efficient and told me the scans would be sent directly to my doctor - probably the next day.
3. The technician performing the scans was also quick and efficient.
4. My doctor had the results of the scans the same day. That’s pretty fast service.

This is a good example of how a business should be run. Everything was done with minimum fuss and the service was quick. They also bulk billed.

If I need future scans I’ll know where to go. Highly recommended if you need any type of scans or X-rays.

The radiologist Isabelle was very kind and succinct in her care. She seemed to know her field well and was clear in diagnosing my symptoms.
Do note however, this clinic has a long wait time for walk-ins. I booked my appointment the day before, so I was called in within few minutes. So I was very satisfied with their prioritization.

I initially booked in with another imaging centre however they were fully booked for some time, and so despite mixed reviews on here I phoned Chatswood Radiology and they had an appointment available the same afternoon. After arriving and providing my details to the receptionist, I was seen immediately by the doctor. The ultrasound was straightforward, and doctor was friendly and explained her findings clearly. The scan printout was ready for me as I left. I would therefore highly recommend Chatswood Radiology.

Really helpful staff at Qscan Chatty today. By chance, they were able to accomodate a same day booking for a spinal CT scan.

The team were very helpful and got everything sorted in the mentioned timeframe after a slight wait due to the high amount of calls into the Clinic which I can’t fault them for! The lady nearest the door was really helpful even though she had two calls on hold!

I can not recommend this clinic enough! Front desk staff has a lovely calming presence about her. Nothing was rushed during the appointment, staff were easy to talk and happy to answer any questions we had. Massive thank you for making my day and putting my mind at ease. Will def be back xx

Best pricing in Sydney for an MRI. Costed only $195 in contrast to other places in Sydney where you can pay up to $400.

This place opens early and super close to the station, which is convenient if you're working close by.
I booked an early morning appointment. The ladies were polite. Had my MRI done in an hour. The report was also sent to my GP the same day so I was able to see my doctor in the evening.

Always a great experience at Qscan, from booking to getting an Xray or ultrasound. Lovely staff always, never had a problem.

The ultrasound I did here, the receptionist and the doctor were very nice. My English is not good, here is Chinese service.
