Summit Ridge

We ‘found’ Summit Ridge last year as it serves possibly the best dinner at Falls Creek. This year we stayed. Great decision!
Anne & Keith are great hosts and their staff are equally friendly.
The rooms are well appointed; and the location is so central. A short walk to all the best venues.
And provided the snow lasts… it’s ski in / ski out!

Couldn't recommend Summit Ridge enough. Keith and Anne were amazing hosts from the minute we arrived until we left. The lodge is warm and clean and situated just next to the free shuttle pick-up. Each morning Keith and Anne were keen on making us breakfast and giving advice on the best runs to go on. It is a true ski-in and ski-out resort, that has a good-sized drying room as well as a sauna! Definitely coming back next season!

We had a great time staying, the room is clean, warm and cozy. The lodge is well provided. It was comfy to stay in even when the blizzard is on. The food is a bit pricey and takes a while to serve in the restaurant. The breakfast was great too. Only 15min walk to the central lift, or can catch a free shuttle bus.

CANNOT FAULT!! Staying here has been by far one of the best experiences I’ve had. Rooms are immaculate, and facilities for skiers (sauna, drying room) are perfect. The restaurant is absolutely phenomenal - incredible food, staff are a delight, and a very warm, welcoming environment. But best of all we’re Anne and Keith, who went above and beyond after I unfortunately broke my leg. From moving me to a room with better access for crutches to bringing food from the (awesome) restaurant, they could not have been kinder or more generous. I will never stay anywhere else when visiting Falls!!

Be it for summer- or wintersports, Summit Ridge is just awesome. Anne, Keith and their staff are so friendly and helpful, alone this is worth the visit. But then there is the balcony where one can enjoy a nice glass of their great wines selection on a beautiful summer or winter afternoon. And what about the open fire with the cozy couch in front when outside the Blizzard goes on or have a hot and relaxing spa after a day exercising. And not to forget the food! BEST kitchen on the hill, which actually has a high amount / concentration of very good dining places. Definitely worth a stay or more.

10/10 service from the team at Summit Ridge! They looked after my mum on her birthday and the dinner was great! Great true hospitality and genuine honest owners. We will be returning!

Anne, Keith and their staff were absolutely amazing - so hospitable and truly made us feel at home! My partner and I got engaged while we were staying at the lodge recently and Anne and their restaurant chef made sure our celebratory dinner was one to remember! A 5 course dinner by the fire - so beautiful and the food was divine!
Rooms were super clean, beds comfy and the lounges, sauna and spa were very welcomed and amazing to use after our days spent in the snow! We couldn’t recommend this place enough! We will be back! Thanks again Anne and Keith, a trip we will always reflect on with happy hearts! 🙏💜✨

Summit Ridge is a boutique lodge located at the top of the Falls Creek village - a true ski-in-ski-out resort. Waking up in our spacious mezzanine room and watching the snow fall through the windows was breath-taking. Keith and Ann ensure everything is perfect, the rooms are warm and cleaned to a very high standard. Breakfast is delicious and we celebrated a special dinner in the Restaurant. I cannot compliment the chef enough; from the scallops to the panna cotta, the extensive wine list and large stone fireplace, we had the most wonderful time. The drying room and guest laundry are organised and you can even have a sauna or spa at the end of a day on the slopes. Bliss.

I couldn't recommend this place highly enough. The service was excellent, Keith and Annie were so warm and friendly. They made us feel right at home the instant we arrived. The facilities in the lodge are modern, comfortable and clean. The spa and sauna are fantastic!

If you are in Falls Creek, you absolutely must try their restaurant. The food was amazing, and sitting in front of the large open fire with a glass of red is just fantastic.

The convenient location near the village bowl makes Summit Ridge and easy place to access and walking/skiing distance to all the facilities you need.

Wow.... what a great place to stay with it’s beautiful view. Saying it was a pleasure to stay at Summit Ridge Alpine Lodge would be a major understatement. Not only were the the staff friendly and accommodating but very helpful and quick to assist wherever needed to make our stay enjoyable. The free shuttle service is located very near hence makes our trips down to get groceries, shopping and skiing very convenient. The food in the restaurant is above 5 star quality thanks to the amazing Chef and the Restaurant service was absolutely incredible thanks to Jordie who served us almost every night. A special thanks to Keith for arranging and accommodating us. I’ve only got great memories of this place and am very much looking forward to going back there sometime very soon.

Amazing views, staff, and food!
We were so impressed by how friendly the staff were, and the attention to details. The views from this restaurant are spectacular, with huge windows to showcase them.
The food is also very very good - the chamomile & vanilla panna cotta was one of the best I’ve ever had!
Would absolutely recommend this restaurant to people visiting Falls Creek.

Astonishing, Full Board makes the skiing/boarding almost a side show.

Our first of what will be many stays at Summit Ridge was memorable in the best of ways. We would be delighted to find a restaurant of this standard in Melbourne but the ingredients, balance, preparation and creativity found here tucked up in the Falls village is quite remarkable. In reputation SR’s restaurant is the best in resort, and that’s saying something when a couple of others are good. Best for our young kids was an early 5:30pm sitting, but you need to book in advance (suggest at breakfast).

The pick of the menu during our stay was the unbelievably good Duck that narrowly pips other wonderful dishes like the Char-grilled Scotch Fillet and Lamb Rump. Great wines were available to compliment dinner. The complimentary tasters between courses were a lovely touch.

It was easy to linger over their generous cooked breakfast with all the menu options you could wish for, good coffee and a wonderful view down the mountain.

The inviting lounge open fire and comfortable sofas made for cosy pre-dinner drinks. Other aspects were the view from our room windows, a well ordered system of separate ski and warm drying rooms and shuttle stop 6 being located right outside.

Situated on the highest road in the village makes for reliable easy ski in and out with easy ski down to Slalom Plaza. The location is a short walk to the quieter Village Bowl with brand new Summit Chair and awesome coffee and sunny windows of the Be Foodstore.

The friendly staff were warm, welcoming and considerate. At all times we were given thoughtful attention like their most valued guests. The in-room bath was great for kids and the spa/sauna were a hit. The renovated rooms were not large but clean and well equiped, more than comfortable.

My only small fault was to find the hot water in a little short supply briefly at 5:30 but it was not surprising being kids bath time and all the rooms having a bath.

My partner & I had a wonderful time at the Lodge. Our hosts were more than hospitable, meeting every request, thank you 😉. Close to a popular cafe, beautiful views from rooms & dining room, drying room for safe bike storage & shoe/clothes drying. Washing machine & dryer av. Close to riding & hiking trails. Healthy breakfast with GF options. Heading back same time next year. Cheers Summit Lodge 🥂

All staff are super friendly and attentive. The food is magnificent - the best we've eaten in Falls. Excellent facilities all round. It's an older building, so the rooms reflect that, but they're well maintained, freshly painted and very cosy.

Ski-in/ski-out at its finest. Just returned from a fantastic weekend away in Falls Creek. This place was just stunning. Clean, relaxed, well-organised. For a last minute booking our trip came together so well and it wouldn't have been without Anne for making it so easy. We'll be back!

A great place to stay when skiing at Falls Creek. Comfy apartments, an outstanding restaurant and the owners are super friendly and helpful. We had 5 nights here with fantastic conditions and were sorry to leave. Great place and somewhere we hope to return to.

World class dining and a great atmosphere. The owners are wonderful and can be spotted throughout the day working on making our stay the best experience. I'll never stay anywhere else on the hill.

Superb restaurant, we went again and again every night as it never disappointed. Great rooms and housekeeping, friendly staff and perfect for ski in ski out.
