Fantastic customer service!
We went in earlier this week for boot and ski rentals. Daniel tailor fit our boots for us and helped us pick out the appropriate demo skis for our skill level. He happily answered all our questions and was extremely knowledgable. Definitely ask for Daniel next time you're in - he's awesome!
We were told Central is a family owned business (not owned by a big corporation), so we really wanted to support them and that paid off big time. Don't think we would have gotten as high quality service anywhere else.

Very handy having 3 CS shop locations to choose from in the village! I wanted to swap The Demo skis I was using for something a little wider with the fresh snow that came in on Sunday. I was able to drop into The Cedarwood shop on my way to the village bowl and the staff sorted me out with a great all mountain ski!

Awesome experience at Central Snowsports - Mikaela was super helpful and got us organised with everything we need. Loved the end of hire collection service direct from your hotel. Great benefit of choosing g Central Snowsports.

Could not recommend this place any more! Stayed in Frueauf for about a week, and on the very first day when hiring out gear at the small hire shop downstairs, we were greeted by Kale, who was quite knowledgeable and extremely helpful in guiding us on how to use our gear properly and safely, he was also really friendly. Unfortunately the weather was quite bad and the heavy rain soaked us, as well as our boots. We went back and spoke to Ollie about our issue and he was also very helpful and patient with us, and was able to replace the boots with no hassles. When our beautiful trip had come to a close and we had to return the equipment, and I must say that the attendant Jake was really friendly and also really helpful and courteous. Great to see younger guys who really know their stuff and also be kind and respectful towards our family. As soon as we can come back we will definitely hire from Central Snowsports again thanks to those wonderful people. Hope to see them again next season.

I had a problem with my skis and bindings and dropped in expecting to have to wait ages for my service. Blake made sure that I was back on the slopes as quickly as possible. Quality service with a smile, thanks so much Blake, you were amazing!
