Yesterday Josie helped fit me with the best pair of ski boots! It was my first time buying boots and she was super helpful and patient, letting me try a hundred pairs to get the perfect fit. This is THE place to come to if you have trouble fitting into ski boots. Josie and staff were skillful, patient and kind with my husband and son who both have very wide feet. We had a wonderful few days skiing without any sore feet and will never hire from anyone else! My husband has now ordered his own ski boots from here. Thank you Josie!

Had issues with my new ski boots (purchased elsewhere) and Josie was able to book me in immediately for a specialised fitting review. She was extremely helpful with working through the areas of the boots that were causing concern. I would definitely recommend these guys for anything snow related, Josie especially was extremely pleasant to deal with and very knowledgeable.

Josie was very helpful with heat moulding my ski boots. She listened well and advised me to get better socks. She took away the pressure points in my ski boots which had given me a lot of pain.
When she finished with the treatment of my boots they are now feeling very comfortable and I skied today the whole day without any problem- really appreciated Josie’s service, fantastic job!

We got skis as part of a mountain package with another company here at Fall, but they just didn’t feel right. We quickly reverted back to where we got our skis& boots last year - Central Snowsports, located about 50m from the Elk apartments. They quickly got us back in proper fitting boots and skis. No fuss, excellent service and clearly have exceptional product knowledge- and not owned by a corporate- support the small business. Hire your boots and skis separate to the lift package/lessons. They deliver your skis and boots too. Thanks guys for saving the holiday and our legs.

My new custom fitted boots from an expert in Melbourne left me unable to complete a green run. 20 minutes after josie performed magic I was skiing the whole mountain!

Absolutely exceptional service from Central Snow-sports! After purchasing a pair of boots off the mountain and having some issues causing pain Lachlan was more than happy to help fix the issues. What’s more is that he understood the limited time on the mountain we had and was happy to fix them as quick as he could! This is the only place to hire your ski gear from. The staff know what they’re doing, and fit you properly, understanding the nuances of what you need/feet shape, etc. Don’t do what I did and get skis as part of the lift/lesson package- lots of young staff at the others and I’ve ended up having to return the other skis. PLUS these legends deliver your skis. Extra helpful if you have kids and you’re carrying double! Thanks again.

Both Damien and Josie were very knowledgeable, skilled and helpful.
Damien replaced a damaged ankle buckle on one boot. Josie shaped and fitted sole shims for both boots creating a snugger fit.

Lachlan and Jake have been amazing to our family. We range from an experienced skier to a developing intermediate and also a 12 yr old boy who is progressing rapidly.
The team at Central Snow Sports have gone out of their way to provide the best customer service. The gear they have is also in such good condition. Don’t go anywhere else.

Family members have bought ski boots from here and we would highly recommend their service, knowledge and fitting advice. If there is a slight pressure point, it is so easy to take them back and they adjust them. We never thought we would say, comfy ski boots!

Had two pair of boots fitted by Damo this season, and both were awesome. I’ve got buggered feet and he managed to breathe new comfortable life into an old pair of downhill boots that I was close to ditching due to fit issues I thought was unrecoverable from. No more pain!
I also had a pair of new tele boots that he massaged and beat into shape. It is impossible to overstate the difference between before and after!
The only issue was I didn’t do it sooner.

My partner and I came in with ski boot troubles and Josie was very generous with her time, solving our problems. Couldn’t recommend the team more. Thanks again Josie for helping us ski pain-free for the rest of our trip!

I have had issues with my feet going numb and feeling very painful for as long as I’ve been boarding. After the first run of this season I was feeling really frustrated and out of ideas. I rang Damien at central sports and he told me to come down. He listened to my issues and assessed my feet. He talked me through the issues and the reasons for my pain and fixed my boots up perfectly. When I put them back on I could have cried with happiness. Damien was really friendly, great service, and a great price for value!

Great place to buy ski boots fit by qualified ski boot fitters. Best part is being able to ski back to the shop to have your boots adjusted, if you experience any pain during your day skiing. After years of skiing in painful ski boots, I now have wonderful comfy ski boots which I am very grateful for!!!!!!! They also sell ex-demo skis for a good price, plus are a great rental outlet.

Finn and the boys was absolutely fantastic. Bindings had lost a screw and nut, brang it to the boys over at Central snowboard and they went above and beyond to diy fix my bindings. Absolutely saved me from hiring new bindings! If you're in falls creek 100% drop by.

I recently used CS Mountain Sports at Falls Creek and was very, very pleased with their friendliness, service, and gear. They went out of their way to make sure that my gear was correctly fitted and good to go. Not only skilled but easy to deal with. Recommend them highly.
