Great range and fun layout with the two stories.

But please can we have the 1st generation anticoagulants for rodent control clearly marked in their own section so it's easy to make a safer choice for our owls? 2nd generation baits seemed to be much more readily available, sadly.

Bunnings Claremont is an exciting & inspirational DIY store, crammed with ideas , consumables and hardware. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable both in what is needed for the job being considered and the store location of the required materials.

On Saturday and Sundays it’s fashionable to attend Bunnings warehouse anywhere. The weekdays are crammed with tradies first thing and later older folk and mums’ considering small DIY tasks.

Whether it’s structural steel or herbs for your precious herb garden, Bunnings is the place❤

I just received the best customer service from Jack. I was having trouble removing the plastic film from a new set of scales and he spent a solid block of time helping me. What I thought would be an easy job turned out to be a massive pain and I would not have been able to do it on my own. Thanks so much Jack, and good job Bunnings for your excellent customer service.

Today. I was lucky because several staff members not only displayed a friendly attitude and listened to my questions ,they also helped me to find the items ,I was looking for. I am saying this because several months ago, I went to this Bunnings Claremont at half hour before closing time. There were very few staff so finally I found one ,on the first floor. I asked this man in which isle there was the item I was looking for. His answer was this " sorry ,I can not help you because I have to finish putting these items ........ So I did not complained and since then I had not visit this branch except for today as I was passing by and it was a little to late to go to the nearest Bunnings branch
But today a totally different attitude from the staff....

For a Yank who's accustomed to Home Depot. Bunnings is a treat. The staff are friendly and from my experience well versed in their particular field..... and we haven't even considered the sausage sizzle that just puts it over the top

This Bunnings is multistorey, could it get any better?

Helpful and friendly staff and a lovely layout. Amazing selection of well established house plants as well that look to be in great condition.

Very good shop over two levels, you can spend hrs in there just browsing the vast amount of stuff. Very helpfull staff.

Big Bunnings and full of goodies. Parking can be a pain

This Bunnings is amazing!

It has the usual everything under the sun range of things you need around the house with the awesome additional convenience of an escalator to get from the ground floor to the first floor as well as having its own multi-level car park.

I needed an outdoor set and a barbecue.

The staff were so helpful, and the price was great.

A little different in that the store is over 2 floors and as such a little different but everything was there and the centre is also full of other shops . Even coffee so you can spend a lot of time there.

I have visited this Store on quite a few ocassions and would like to comment on how impressed I have been with two of the Staff in particular, Gaz and Kai, Oskar. Whenever I have required help with a Product etc they have both been extremely helpful and nothing is too much for them. Their Customer Service is nothing short of Outstanding

This Bunnings have an excellent range of items. The front counter staffs are very helpful but doesn’t always seem to have enough staffs to help in the different sections. A minor quibble really. Easy to navigate otherwise.

I like it because it’s handy. Although as a tradies I would prefer the smaller cars parked underground allowing bigger vehicles to get closer to the building for loading up cement etc. There should be a trade park area instead of having to park miles away. There are a lot of privileged and inconsiderate drivers who seem to jam up the car park and only buy one tiny item at a time.

Thanks to jay gaz and tash they gave me a great customer experience by helping me with boxes and being awesome! Definitely deserve a raise or two for all three

Great experience in as always. The below was my earlier review as well. But the Stars of the Store this time was Oskar from painting department.
He cannot do enough you. Patient and knowledgeable. A true Customer service smiling Gem. Bunnings is lucky to have him. He knows his department like the back of his hand. Always going the extra mile, thank you and keep it up.
