Best best customer service ever. MV went above and beyond in regards to customer service. He was absolutely a gem today. He knew exactly what i was after and was always happy to help. I am a new customer to Vodafone and will definitely get other family members to switch to vodafone as of today.

I had a very pleasing experience at this store. Majd and MV were very patient, helpful and easy to deal with when upgrading my phone. Majd took the time to help me set up my phone with his "no-trouble" attitude. I could not recommend this store any more as it was such a delightful experience. I was packaged with a good deal not to turn down including another phone and NBN. I will continue to upgrade my phone at this store.

He has helped me from the moment I walked into the store to preorder the iPhone 12 pro max, and has continued helping me each time I come into the store.
Employees like him with great customer service and that actually give the best to the customers is the reason why I would only come into this store!

I was serviced by MV who proved to be a champ by helping me with an issue regarding my mobile service that i have had for a while. Excellent customer service! Will definitely consider the shop as my stop for all my mobile related stuff.
