Target Merrylands

I seldom see great service these days. This week was a refreshing change.

I feel compelled to put pen to paper to highlight the wonderful service I received this week at Target Merrylands. The young fellow’s name was John Bahoun (not sure of spelling). He could see that I was spending considerable time in one location and offered his help. He stayed with me until the correct model of product was found. It was a complex choice but he was undaunted by that and did everything possible to gather the required information.

During this time, he was pleasant, friendly and courteous.

I had a great time shopping at Target recently, and I just had to share. The store was super clean and easy to navigate, which made my trip a breeze.

But what really made it special was the awesome staff, especially the store manager, Soraya. She was incredibly helpful, knew her stuff, and was super friendly. Soraya really made a big difference in how enjoyable my shopping was. She went out of her way to help me find everything I needed.

In a world where good customer service can be hard to find, Target and Soraya really stand out. I love how clean the store was, and the team's dedication to helping customers. This experience has made me a loyal Target shopper, and I'll definitely be back for more shopping. Huge shoutout to Soraya and the whole crew for making shopping a pleasure!

6 weeks ago - bought a bicycle for my son. There was an issue with repair but still within warranty. The manager not only took back the bicycle but replaced it with higher quality bicycle. Some refund was given as well. The manager was very polite and dealt with the issue with professionalism. The store generally is well organized and with polite staff.

I shopped here and the girl changed her clothes there. I shot this movie there

I went shopping here last week and omg i just have to say the manager for kids clothing is just an absolute angel. Her name is Soraya. Bless her. She was extremely helpful and kind, very patient as well. I was looking for clothes for my baby girl but the size I was after was not on the floor, I asked her and she looked it up and went to the back and got it for me. She was very very helpful. her customer service is amazing no doubt she is a great manager!

Another angel I came across is the lady that was putting ladies shoes out and cleaning up the mess customers left behind. I think her name was Amelie or Amelia. She did such an amazing job it looks so much nicer and cleaner than it did the last time i was there. Again i couldnt find my size and she looked online for me because there was no stock at the store and directed me to stores that had what I was after.

I love shopping here and will definitely be coming back. Keep up the great work ladies!! 🤩🤩🤩

Target is definetely up there amongst the best quality stores, its high quality, wide variety and has a class of its own, you pay a little bit more but its good quality

Thank you for your care and dedication. I received my online order which was prepared by Target Merrylands and there was so much care to protect the item with bubble wrap and so neatly prepared. I really appreciate all the hard work you are putting in to help us! Keep up the good work, it is being noticed!!

It was a good visit at Target. The whole store looks quite old especially with the remaining checkout lanes instead of self-checkouts, but I wouldn't mind checkout lanes for sure. I brought the Jarvis throw for my bedroom and the girl was so professional. Will visit again for sure.

I was there about 4 months ago and I was dealing with this young fellow named Abdullah at the registers, the young fellow gave me a pleasant experience and folded all my clothes neatly and organised the bags and the items in a good position where they cannot break i bought a lot of hard ware equipment like plates and he made sure they were positioned correctly so they do not break. Every time I go to Target Merrylands I always make sure to say hi to him!

I can always trust the sizes in Target. Good range. I'll never buy clothes in Big W again, garbage!

It's a heaven for average family guy like me. Who doesn't wanna spend too much in shops like Myer ,DJones. Quality of the products is good and long lasting as well.

Staff are friendly and helpful. I like the atmosphere the staff have here , their communication is amazing in store ! Kudos the managers here ! Great job !

Lots of on sale items because of the oncming public holiday (ANZAC day). Quality and stylish clothing. I like that there are as many boys clothing as girls.

What an amazing service from Eliza, she left things that we was doing and she listened to my enquiries and went to the stock room and get me the sizes that I was looking for with great smile on her face and amazing attitude. Thank you Eliza thank you target

This store is massive, so much variety. I didn't have time to check the whole store out but definitely will next time.

this is my go to target now!! the friendliness of one employee in particular; soraya is iNCREDIBLE!! shes so funny and warm and friendly that it is a joy to visit every time!! I even make my family go there now
