Nice shoes but they don't have my size (14)

Very disappointed with the shoes I've just received.

I ordered the shoes in the Claremont store on Tuesday, the guy that helped me was great, unfortunately they did not have my size so we had to order the pair which has just been delivered.

I just opened the box (white addidas) and one shoe is looking old and dirty, obviously an ex demo shoe. But the worst part is that it has a stain the size of a tennis ball on the front which is meant to be white... It looks like it tried to be clean but very visible in the right light. Very disappointed..

I just rang the store and the staff was really friendly and offered a replacement straight away.. I can't take it back for another 4 days and it will be another week until I get the shoes.. Not very happy..

Once again, staff in Claremont was great, can't say the same about the staff who packed the shoes

Tried to exchange a pair of shoes for a different size at this store as they were a gift. Got told to go to the store by support They didn't have the shoes in store and when they realised the shoes were purchased online, was told id need to refund, purchase online and was told I'd need to pay a difference for the same shoe... seems logical? A good process would involve me leaving the shoes and the store sourcing the correct size saving me the hassle. I'm sure this isn't the first time people have purchased the wrong size online! The girl was nice but I think rather disinterested in doing the work. If the store and online presence don't wish to operate together then whats the point of operating under the brand.

Extremely disappointing customer service experience here. It felt like I was bothering them by asking for different shoe sizes and available stock because of visible defects. Ended up getting two pairs of shoes from Hype DC elsewhere instead.

Went in to try and get a pair of shoes today, and the girl working there had to be one of the rudest workers I've ever come across. I felt like I was insulting her, asking for a size of shoe. I'd rather go barefoot than go back there looking for shoes and have to deal with her.

Just had the worst customer service experience of my entire life here. Walked in looking for platform doc martens. The sales lady was running around while a bunch of people waited which was fine as she was clearly busy and the only one there. I saw the shoe that looked to be my size on display and tried it on. It fit perfectly. The lady came up to me and asked how I was going, I said “great I’d like to buy these please”. She responded by telling me “No, I’ve been looking for that size for someone else” and took the shoe out of my hands for someone else to try on. I’ve never been treated so rudely by anyone in my life. Walked out feeling very defeated.

Really disappointed by the service today, I came in with my daughter to buy us both new shoes spent about 20 minutes picking up what we wanted but the 3 girls just sat in the corner talking we never got so much as a hello, not to worry we spent our money elsewhere.
