Was husband's first experience of Carl's Jr and he was impressed that the burger comes double-wrapped with the inner wrapper already folded for convenient holding.

My favourite Carls Jnr . Second time coming here and our food was out within 5 minutes of ordering , we hadnt finished filling up our drinks when our food was ready 👌 Service was super fast and it was hot & fresh 🤌 the lovely lady behind the counters & young male had great customer service. Love it

Lots of seating options including booth style.

No Annoying, Horrible, Germ Riddled Self Serve Machines Like Muckdonalds Insist Punters use. Instead Carl’s Jr have Friendly staff, that are happy to help & take your order.

I ordered the Hawaiian Angus large Combo, which was delivered to the table.
The presentation and Taste was Fabulous.
The Hawaiian Burger had some really interesting flavours, That I very much enjoyed.

Free drink refills at the Soda Station. Even have Ginger Beer !!

Certainly will be coming back & trying out some other Burgers & Menu Items from Carl’s Jr.

Went on A Friday night about 6.30pm and parked out the front by the bp gas station with plenty of parking. We tried going through the double doors at the front but it was locked so had to go around the side entry on the right. It wasnt busy at all and there was only one other customer instore and alot of people ordering to take away. My Partner and I ordered the Low carb burgers which are bunless, it would be great if their was an option for the onions to be cooked (not the deep fried onion rings or deep fried onion) . There was also a special for 5 tenders for $5 and we also got 1 Large post mix drink cup to share amongst . Total cost $38.85 for 2 people and we dined in. Service was great from the start to the end .We waited about 10 minites before it was delivered to us at our table so super fast service . The tenders were freshly cooked and the low carb burgers were delicious we enjoyed it that much that we ordered more & made sure we brought some for our flat mate at home . It did start to get busy after we finished our meals overall exsperience was a positive one and I would highly recommend it. The only downfall was I couldnt find the spotify playlist box to pick music (which hope islands store does) unless I didnt look around properly and the inside rubbish bin smelt really bad when disposing our rubbish. Before we left we also left our feedback about our exsperience for a free Cheeseburger 😊 make sure you screenshot the number when your completed or write it down and then go upto the counter and they will happily give you one.

Loved this place, I can’t believe it’s the first time here haha. The fries are delicious and it’s a good price. I will come back for sure

The attached picture is in my opinion the best I could shoot with a phone in not idea lighting conditions of one of the best burgers I have enjoyed for a long time. It had flavour, it had crispy lettuce, and fresh tomato. Not forgetting the double Angus beef and cheese ... so worth it!
If not your style they had other options including swapping the bun for crisp lettuce to cut down on carbs.
Sadly I'm home now and the closest I get to that burger is licking the screen as its about 4000km away.

I loved my experience with this restaurant. The manager was extremely helpful, friendly and nice. I believe her name was issy, but she helped my journey to embark on order such amazing burgers. The whole crew was alert and fast as I could see their hard works from the front. This place is a go to if you want excellent customer service and great food.

The team were super chilled and served our orders promptly and politely. The counter staff patiently explained the different meal deals there was and didn't bat and eyelid when I ordered the largest family meal and then a tradie deal. The staff even gave me a discount on the tradie deal by removing the price of the drink as my family meal had 4 drinks and there were 3 of us. Dining space was well spaced out and had lots of privacy to ourselves. Will definitely visit when in the area.

First time visit to the venue and the Chain. We don't have this where I'm from locally in WA, gives me strong Burger king vibes. Although more Americanised menu items. Still a great burger and meal.

We decided to visit the newly opened Carl's burger today and tried some combo meal.One serve of combo california burger and angus beef burger.The food is very yummy and we do loved it, as it has a strong smell of grilled onions.Not over sauce just enough to make it taste better.The staff are very friendly and very polite.The place is very neat and clean or for short their staff look after well this place.Plenty of car park outside.And we would love to visit here again soon 😊❤

It was the best burger I had so far, that’s Asian guy on the front today on Saturday was the best in the house. Loved his service and way of taking the order and customising it according to the needs.

I have wanted to go for a while and finally got around to going there. At first I thought it was a bit pricey when ordering as I was comparing to McDonalds or Hungry Jack's. But after receiving my burger I changed my mind. This was a much better quality burger. With that in mind I think it was a fair price to pay and the service from the staff was prompt and professional. I will definitely be going back.

From all Carl's Jr those I had visited only at Carl's Jr Molendinar which printed out the receipt and told us that I am entitle for a free cheese burger as long as I filed up the survey.

Great customer service, very patient and friendly. The restaurant was clean, neat & tidy. I highly recommended for anyone to come & dine in. It's great atmosphere.

I wish Courtney have a bright future to manage the Carl's Jr or whenever she steps on her carer in customer service & hospitality industries.

I was here last night (February 27) after 9pm. The service by the woman (in her 20s?) is impeccable. I cannot fault friendly customer service with a smile. As another plus, the food was incredible. Fantastic, A+ from me.

We don't dine in too often for fast food. But this place was clean and tidy and I was very impressed. Staff were friendly and polite. Food was delicious and I love the cheaper prices for your specials and family deals. Will visit again.

Always fantastic customer service, after initially contacting through the customer feedback link I was shocked to see a franchise that actually cares about customer service so if you have an issue be sure to contact them there first as they are quick to respond and pleasant to deal with.

In a time where there are so many brands that have built up a name and status already in Australia I will still pick Carl's Jnr over them since you can't beat the variety and quality for money.

If you are the owner of this establishment and reading this keep up the great work and please never take away the chicken fiestas.
